We had a kitchen pipe clog that needed a fair amount of research to fix. Dan was amazing. He showed up quickly, did a great job explaining the options and costs and making the fix. He answered questions and understood the cost benefits of the different choices. He also took the necessary steps to give us comfort that we won't have a repeat. He made sure to shared what we can do from a preventive perspective too. Pure quality.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Very quick response to a call regarding a possible leak. We were very happy that he was able fix our bathroom sink that was dripping as well as replace our bath spout that would also drip when we would shower. We will use Dr. Plumber again as well as reccommend to family and friends.

We requested them and they didn’t fix the leak with the sink, and didn’t even call to tell me didn’t do anything. They came in and got their money and left, no calls, nothing. Would not recommend in the future, no communication.

I recently had craftsman Jason do multiple things for my home and I am very pleased quality of work was great better than I was expecting...will definitely contact again when needed.

Horrible service-I paid $3500 and never received the plumbing plans that I paid for. He continues to avoid my calls and has not completed the work. Horrible, horrible service.
