Great plumber! Needed quick help and had a hard time tracking down a plumber. Al's called back and couldn't get to me right away but they were so generous in helping me troublshoot via phone/pics I sent over. Prompt communication!

It's rare you find a business like Al's anymore. Willing to help even though I never had them out to the house. Amazing level of care and I highly recommend!

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! It should be infinity because the longer you are there the better the experience gets. Thank you JMBrennan, you have brought a new light into my life.

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Rick and his employee Dustin were great to work with. Dustin's work exceeded expectations and Rick's communication was top notch. Would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.

Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. He understands the plumbing code and it's intent. Made sure my plumbing system was up to code. Chris is very personable and trustworthy I had no issue leaving him alone in my house to work. Had him pipe a new gas main in the house from the meter to new appliances in the basement as I switched from LP to natural gas. Another project that I had Chris do for me was repipe all of the cast iron drain in the basement to pvc as it was failing, cracking and leaking all over. I would recommend Chris for any size project or task he is 10 out of 10

Pricing wasn’t clear quoted one amount then quoted another amount once he realized there wasn’t much work to do took advantage of the customers ignorance about plumbing didn’t provide the necessary tax forms needed for our company to pay him wouldn’t use again

I contacted Milestone to replace my broken hot water heater.

I worked with Scott over the phone who was very helpful & responsive. The water heater removal & replacement turned out to be a big/unique job due to the heater location. The plumbers were very professional & skilled while dealing with the unexpected circumstances. Although the job was difficult, Scott stuck with the original quote which I very much appreciated.

Overall, great communication & skilled, professional plumbers who did a great job!

The technician came on time and did a wonderful job - you could really tell he wanted to do the job right. Price point was fair too. Thanks!

I came home from work last Tuesday evening to the sounds of a water feature in our basement. We do not have a water feature...

Our hot water heater was spraying water everywhere. Luckily it must have just started, plus it was draining right toward our floor drain.

I found Dr. Plumber here on Yelp, and after reading some great reviews I gave him a call.

I would say Steve showed up at our house within 15-20 minutes of talking to him on the phone. He assessed the situation and began his work. We ended up getting a new hot water heater installed, which Steve was able to complete in no time at all!

He is quick, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Plumber for any plumbing emergencies or general maintenance jobs you may have.

Request was made at 7:30 am, Pat arrived right on schedule, assessed and fixed the problem and was on his way in less than 2 hours. This company has helped us with several issues and bathroom updates in the past and have always done an exemplary job. Professional, prompt, and a job well done at a fair price.

Had these guys out to complete a dishwasher install for us. They were fast to come out for a quote, were conversational during the quoting process and explained why they would do things the way they recommended. Came out on time on the day of install and had everything done in the span of 2 mornings. They were clean, prompt, polite and professional. Would definitely hire again.

Horrible service-I paid $3500 and never received the plumbing plans that I paid for. He continues to avoid my calls and has not completed the work. Horrible, horrible service.
