Donald was a life saver I came home from vacation to find water everywhere and this was on a Sunday he was the first one to answer the phone and boy I'm glad he did. Within 45 minutes his guys were at my house fixing the water heater and they even help me with the clean up! Great company

Sorry to say I truly don't like leaving negative reviews however, I did not even attempt to utilize this company's service as I called to have someone come give an estimate or bid for work that needed to be done at my place and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Is this what businesses have come to- poor customer service right out the gate? They were recommended to me by a work associate. Needless to say, neither one of us will be using their services nor refer to anyone else.

Service was prompt and technician found the issue right away. So glad we called Lamar Plumbing. This will continue to be the plumbing company we use!

Just don't bother. The website says that a lot of customers call for service after seeing a company truck in the neighborhood That is exactly what I did. The site also says they offer residential repair, rerouting as well as new construction When I called for service the very rude female who answered the phone informed me they ONLY do new construction. Either this is false advert or everyday rude, lazy employee who doesn't want to work. Whatever the issue save your time. Might I suggest changing your ads and/or firing the woman who answered the phone on the morning of 1/23/2020
