Today we had a somewhat plumbing emergency. Our kitchen faucet broke and it was Friday afternoon. Our regular plumber said they couldn't come until sometime next week. I had read an excellent review of Oscar Deaton Plumbing on Nextdoor and saved their name. A nice lady informed my husband that they would be able to send a service man in about an hour. James came, fixed our faucet and we are back in business. He was polite and efficient. We now have a new plumber. Thank you Oscar Deaton Plumbing.

This is the second time I used Don the Plumber. My first review is below. This time he repaired a shower and installed a toilet. My wife works at night and sleeps during the day, and they had to come through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. They were in and out several times and managed not to wake her up at all. The work is excellent. He pointed out a potential problem with my sewer which he said would need attention eventually. His manner is professional and friendly, and his prices are reasonable. I'll be using him again.

After comparing prices and availability in my area, I chose Don The Plumber. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone (who I assume is his wife, but not sure). She was both professional and helpful, and guided me through what to do so that Don wouldn't have to come out on a diagnostic visit prior to doing the work. My finances were tight and I could only afford so much. There was a valve he wanted to install which pushed the cost over what I could pay by about $200. So Don checked with the city to be sure it wasn't a requirement (professional guy) and then agreed not to install it. He and a helper came out two days after we agreed he would do the work (others had said one to two months). They showed up at the scheduled date & time, explained what they would do before they started, and then worked quietly for about an hour to remove my defunct water heater and replace it.
I'm planning to use Don again for some other plumbing issues I have. Would I recommend him? You betcha.

Called to schedule an appointment they said they would be out later the same day. They texted me about 5:00pm to say they were hung up in traffic in Ft. Worth and would the next day work. That’s ok and I texted him back to say I would be home after 11:00am he texted back ok. He called at 10:48 today Ian’s I couldn’t get my phone I called back at 10:52 no answer texted him no response. I’m leaving this review at 5:57pm no answer back. He just blew me off.

Have diagnosed and fixed a gas leak, a water heater pressure release valve malfunction, and a double slab leak (both hot and cold, in different locations at the same time). Always efficient, honest, and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Called total care to replace an old toilet that was leaking. They gave a service call quote on the phone and a time range for the appt. They showed up as quoted, went over the options, and what could possibly be an issue due to the leak and age. When they came back for the install, they were on time, courteous and fixed a flange issue . I was very pleased and will use them again.

Never have had a problem utilizing Roy and Flat Rate Plumbing. He is quick to respond to any request and provides fair price and quality workmanship. I have used Flat Rate Plumbing for 30 years and will continue.

John was professional, advised me of what needs to be done and was affordable for the service call. Roxy the receptionist was nice and professional as well. Will call them in the future when needed.

Quoted over 5k to repair and replace all galvanized and cast pipes throughout the house, moved into our house not even a month moved in and had to call out for a sewage back up. Then another month goes by and had to call out again, luckily didn’t pay for 2nd service but first service was a $125 call out. Not even 4 months of living here called out another contractor to see what going on couple days ago, and told cast piping was still there sewage was not repaired/replaced properly as Expert was stated it was. Expert says was not quoted for work but initial quote says other wise. Been getting the run around for trying to get them to come do the work they stated but seems like it’s not gonna happen, sucks but i would definitely not recommend this service, tried making things right over the phone but Expert stated that’s why 3rd party work sucks and other contractors don’t know what their talking about.....
