His name was Garett, the best damn plumber I've seen in a long time.. very professional, polite and courteous.. our clogg was pretty bad and in an hour it was all done and now everything works perfect! My technician, Justin came out late last Saturday night and was able to get our main sewer line open and flowing quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, he did his camera inspection and found the cause of our problems. His service manager was out within 72hrs and gave us the estimate for the repairs. We used Roto Rooter up in Red Wing Minnesota and have always had good experiences with them. We will continue to use the Roto Rooter here in Corpus Christi. We also recommend them to our family and friends and neighbors. Overall great experience.

Called the day my husband and I found a leak outside, the technician Damion came that same day and was so helpful! Explained what needed to be done, what to look for when we started to dig the pipe and gave us multiple estimates. After we dug up the pipe and decided on which estimate we were going to go with, they came out the next and quickly fixed the pipe! Great service, work fast, Damion did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely be calling them for any future projects.

I bought a new fridge and the water line in my wall was so old it started leaking after hook up. I couldn’t fix it so I called Roto-Rooter at 8pm on Thursday night and they had Chris to me in an hour. I had the parts to fix the problem if the original work was done properly but the original installation was quirky and it ended up being a bigger project than anticipated. Chris was able to solve this issue right away and for a very reasonable price. I’ll use Roto-Rooter again for any other plumbing issues!

Alex was very professional. He was behind schedule due to weather and it was late in the afternoon but that didnt hender the quality of his work. He took the time to do the job right and stayed to verify we were satisfied with his work.

Loy Culbertson did a fantastic job installing my kitchen sink and replacing my shut off valve. He has knowledgeable, professional, and upfront with the costs involved.

A big thanks to Chris Gibson who came out on Sunday during Harvey to repair a broken hose spigot that was leaking into my wall. He was able to extract only one brick from the side of the house and weld a new pipe and spigot in place. I only have to put mortar around the brick. I was really worried how much of the brick would be broken to get to the pipe but Chris did an exceptional job. I would also like to thank Haley who answered the phone in the middle of the storm when no other 24/7 emergency plumber would and Joe who called me back to help get the water turned off. This is professional company and I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues. Thank you again.

Our rental properties had multiple busted pipes as a result of the 2021 Deep Freeze. We called for multiple house calls and Roto Rooter's response during this crisis was fast, professional, and they were great communicators. While Corpus is our hometown, we live in another city so coordinating repairs felt complicated at first, but Roto Rooter in Corpus Christi was the right choice for us.

Dispatcher was pleasant and thorough in receiving the request over the phone. The plumbers Ramón & Javier were courteous, knowledable and quick to install new plumbing for a sink, faucet and a couple of tankless water heaters. Got the job done in about 3.5 hours. It would have taken me 2 days!!! Roto-Rooter keeps 5 stars!

These guys are very UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE Their workers were throwing rocks at my dog. this morning missed and hit my 5th wheel while waiting to be picked up I confronted them and told them that I was going to call the cops. As I went back I was in my driveway and a Roto Rotor truck pulled up I asked if there was a problem and the driver told me yes you accused my guys of hitting your trashy house and that for me to eat a glass d**k and die on it! Way to be so professional guys!!!!!!! I would not recommend a company that has these kind of people representing or working for them.

Our house is old and low to the ground and he went above and beyond by squeezing into a very tight space to complete the repair instead of charging us for tunneling. Quick, professional and friendly! Had an emergency Sunday evening, and they were out within an hour of our call. I initially called another 24 hour plumber, but was told that they weren't working that day??? The technician for Roto Rooter, Alex, was incredibly friendly and explained everything, including the price before any services were completed. Good quality work and done quickly, I highly recommend them if you have an emergency, especially after hours.

Roto-Rooter was recommended by HomeAdvisor and we were very pleased with their level of service. Joe & Joe Trevino installed a kitchen faucet for us and were very nice gentlemen even though it was a bear to install this faucet. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

I was telling him your pricing is about $150 higher than the local plumbers but man, the equipment was unparalleled. That hydro jetter made easy work of that clog. I live on an acre and there was plenty of line to go all the way to the sewer line. Money well spent. Trevor Jones came out and literally saved the day for us. We had been without water for 3 days due to a leak. Our Home Warranty Company called out another plumber for us, whom came out on Tuesday. It was a nightmare. Here it is Friday and still no closer to a total repair. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers, because my Mother in Law used them before and had nothing but fantastic things to say about them. I called and Jennifer was able to set us up with a technician TODAY. That was the magic word. She could send someone out Today. Trevor was not only here today, but called he was available earlier than I was originally told he could be out. SCORE!! Then Trevor came out and diagnose the problem quickly. He gave me an extremely favorable quote. He worked so hard to make sure it was just perfect. I got a quote, signed for the work to be done, and selected a date. The plumber did not show up and had to reschedule. When he did show up he was not aware of what work needed to be performed due to not communicating with the first person who came out. After asking for guidance as to where the water spigot was he then called me and told me the first person gave a wrong quote and he need to revise it and therefore will be charging more. I asked what has changed and he explained the exact same thing the previous plumber stated which does not make sense because it was the exact repair that was already quoted and signed for. I had to cancel the repair job due to lack of confidence in this company and do not recommend them to anyway due to bait and switch tactics.

We had an emergency need at 2:30 AM that was solved promptly and professionally by Sean. He worked with good humor and professionalism even though I'm sure we got him out of bed for the emergency call. I'd use this service again in a heartbeat. The cost wasn't too bad for the emergency call, either, considering it occurred on a Sunday (well, technically Monday morning). From the initial call to the service completion, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and proceeded with a competence we usually don't find in the Corpus Christi area. I wouldn't pause to use Roto-Rooter in the future and I definitely recommend them.

Did a good job found leak and repaired it

A leak sprang at the connection of my house water supply pipe and the water meter (on my side) so I called Rotor-Rooter Plumbers to have it repaired. Technician Rudy Lopez answered the call. Mr. Lopez assessed the situation, explained the work that need to be done and provided me with an acceptable estimate. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Mr. was very professional, knowledgeable and diligent in completing the task at hand. Excellent job!

There's a reason that Roto Rooter has been around as long as it has. Employees like Andrew and Steven are good examples of that. I had to have some work done, they did a fantastic job. I recommend stronglyl.

Truly some of the best customer service and best value I have ever experienced. And I run restaurants and bars for a living. Customer service is what I do and these guys (Justin and Chris I believe we're their names) are downright champions. Give these men a bonus.

Whenever I moved into my home it had a tankless water heater pre-installed. It has worked well heating my water however whenever I would even touch the cold water it would shut off the water heater. This meant my family and I would have to decide to take a scorching hot shower or cold one. After calling Roto-Rooter they sent a Damien Lopez out who assessed the situation and gave me a quote. The quote was for nearly $500 to replace the seals in my shower handles that controlled the amount of water flowing through the system. Or atleast, that's how I understood it. Long story short Mr. Lopez returned to provide the service and did so in a decent amount of time. However the issue persisted. What made me give this company 5 stars was the fact that Damien stayed and did not leave until he discovered the true issue and fixed it. He also did not charge me for his extra labor and time. He was courteous throughout and talked me through everything he was doing. He called his supervisor when he did not know what to do. I was thankful of this because he did not make things worse through ignorance. Overall I was very pleased with his respectfulness and the fact that the issue was fixed! Would recommend the company from this experience.

Post The Texas Freeze, I've been overwhelmed with broken water lines, gas lines and fried appliances. Roto-Rooter was the only business who promptly responded to my call. In addition, the rep they sent (Damion Lopez) was professional, well informed and made a point to ensure I knew what my issues are and what it entailed to fix. I greatly appreciated that last part, thank you Damion.

Mr. Ronald explained the standard procedure and continued to analyze the problem. Gave us the replacement of faucet we excepted and continue to complete the job. We had already bought the new faucet. Very happy that it got fixed quickly.

I would not recommend Roto-Rooter in Corpus Christi. I paid up front for work to be done at my property and it took 3 calls and 3 business days just to get the job on the schedule. The project management team is unresponsive and only returns your call after you call to complain. The work was then scheduled for the following day but the crew no-showed. I called 4 hours past the scheduled time of arrival and was told they were on their way. At this point, I don't trust that the company will complete the job as quoted and I will be calling another company.1 star, would not recommend.

Nobody wants to have to call a plumber at midnight on a weekend, but as luck would have it that’s what I had to do. One would expect to get pushback and excuses as to why the job could wait until the morning, but Mike called me within five minutes told me he was on his way and showed up earlier than expected. When I told him that I didn’t think there would be any more leaks, he told me that he was going to check and be sure because he didn’t want to do a bad job. Replaced the spigot on the outside of the house that broke and detached the water hose connected to the broken one.

They flushed the main drain line and ran a camera to find a break in the city pipe.

Had a leak on my side from meter. Tech just so happened to be a my neighbor's. I stopped him ask if he would be able to fix today. He said yes I just needed to call in & advise dispatcher to put behind him. Located the problem immediately advised me he need to go get parts and would return in 1 hour. Did as he said. I thought I had major plumbing issues. Rotor rooter was very quick to respond and very efficient and super nice. Aaron reassured me that he would find the problem. He and the other person with him were here at my house 4 hours checking over and over again with the camera and doing hydrostafic testing. First, my household had no hot water for three days and on the third day, my two technicians (PETER & TIM) came in assessed the water heater and concluded that we needed to replace the water heater. PETER explained step by step on the problem. Then PETER gave me the quote of replacing a new one and installing. The next day, Peter and Tim came in and did an excellent job installing water heater. Did the job but it's too expensive. Like the guy did the job in 10 minutes, and changed around 430+. All he had to unclog the main line was use the water jet and that's it did it in 10 minutes.

Worst plumber I have ever used. Showed up late, disappeared for 2 and 1/2 hours, charged us$280 and we still couldn’t turn water back on when he left at4:30. I have had other plumbers come in the middle of night for this same problem at our last house. , and he fixed it at night. I feel like you shouldn’t advertise 24 hour service if you aren’t set up to do the work at night. He didn’t even have the proper tool to turn water off

Michael call to let me know he was arriving in 15 min. He called again when he was at the door. He looked at the washer connections and tried to remove the old hoses. He decided that the d connections need replaced. He did not have the parts in the truck so he went and got the parts from the office. He connected the washer and even make sure it worked. He then connect the dryer and make sure it worked. So happy with his customer service. Will recommend to anyone who asks.

I had them come out to repair a pipe burst during the cold weather. They were very responsive and had great customer service. The only issue I had was when the tech was turning on the main water after fixing the pipe he also turned on my back water hose to check to see if it was working properly and instead of turning it off after checking to make sure it was working he left it on. They came around 7pm so when he left it was dark outside. I had no idea that the water was running all night long. I was not made aware until the next day when my neighbor came to my house and told me that her back yard and my back yard were completely flooded because the hose was left.

My husband and I traveled from Houston to have a plumbing issue fixed at a house we have for sale in Alice, Texas. Justin G. arrived on time for our appointment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roto-Rooter!!! On Saturday we discovered a corroded pipe under our sink with a leak. We called Roto-Rooter, a technician, Mr. Nick called me within an hour i told him the problem we were having he said he would be at our home soon that evening. He took a photo of the main pipe that was leaking behind the wall and explained to us in detail what needed to be done. He gave us a written estimate, price was very reasonable and asked him to please replace old pipe. Mr. Nick did an Amazing job - he is very knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in his work. First plumber that came to do the repair I believe was not knowledgeable of the repair at hand. He left to get parts and never returned or called us. While calling back to answering service over two hours later we received a call from the plumbing company asking us if the repair was made. After explaining the situation the company representative told us she would send us one of their best plumbers. This plumber came and did a great job with the repair and we were satisfied with his service. I thought that the cost for repair was high even for on a weekend. ( I had excavated the area and removed the steel surround for the water meter to get to the leak on water line before the first plumber arrived). Overall we were ok with Rotor-Rooter since they completed the repair same day even after the first plumber did not attempt to do the repair.

The experience overall was excellent. The tech was professional and got the job done quickly. I explained the situation and what I have done so far. He was straight forward about what was wrong and what needed to be done. The only thing he needed from me was when to run the water to help with the clog. He also gave suggestions on preventing further issues which was helpful. The only hiccup with everything was that he was two hours early of the arrival time the dispatcher and I agreed upon the previous night. We agreed upon 11-1 and he arrived around 9. On the other hand, it is over and done with a lot earlier so I can't really complain. Thank you for your service. If I ever have another issue, I know who to call.

The guys did a good job of finding the leaks in my sewer line. They were nice and courteous. However, I was promised a full report and a quote for their findings. I never received one and I even called them to remind them. I was told I would get it that day. The only paperwork I received was a bill for over $700.00 that I did pay when the services were done. I ended up going with a competitor because they were more attentive. I am extremely disappointed with this company and therefore can not recommend them.

I am in my 70s and grew up working retail. Back then the #1 priority of a company was “Customer Service” so I can honestly say that, Roto Rooter, fits that type of service to the T. From my initial contact with the dispatcher/ operator until the job was completed, everything was done in a very professional manner. On 10-30-2021, technicians Peter and Bill were dispatched to our home. They not only arrived on time but earlier than expected. After explaining the problem to them, a clog in the drainage system, they responded, “we gottcha, we’ll get you fixed up”. That was somewhat comforting after dealing with this problem most of the day. Their pricing was reasonable, Peter and Bill knew their stuff and I highly recommend them. In fact I already have to a member of our church.

Roto-Rooter is excellent! I called them out due to our septic backing up in the house, they came out exposed our septic tank that was under a brick and cement porch. They got the build up out of the pipes, they also fixed broken pipes the found while using the camera and put in clean outs for future use. Can't express how happy I was with the service I got from Roto-Rooter, more specifically from Kris L. I called and made an appointment and they were able to make it out the next day. I advised Kris of the problems and faced with some insurmountable odds due to the age of the house and the pipes he was working with, he was able to completely clear the main sewer line by means of hydrojet. He also identified some issues that I never knew existed!! Now, there are no more clogs, backups or slow drains in the house. Many thanks to Kris and his hard work and dedication on an difficult job. Sean Yount and Robert were awesome! They came out to fix my broken water line on such short notice, and at the end of the day even. Sean came and found the problem in little time and was able to have Robert come help with the job...since a trench had to be dug and new water line ran. They worked from before 7pm to 11pm, to make sure water got restored that very day. Both were very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Joshua, From Roto Rooter came out twice to our home to troubleshoot our plumbing issues. He worked so hard to find out what the problem was. He finally determined that the city of Rockport was responsible for the repair, saving us $1,000’s of dollars!!! I filled out an online form on their website. I got a call back within an hour. They wanted to find out what I needed and see what my schedule was like. They said they would have to call me back when they got the job scheduled.I got a call the next morning from A. who would be doing the service call. He was on his way if it was OK with me. That worked out fine. He showed up, worked hard on our job (repair a leak and put in a new faucet) and wrapped up quickly. I appreciate his professional manner, his explaining things and his kindness.I hope I don’t have to call them again, but if I need to, I would call them again.

I came home from work late Friday evening to find our kitchen sink backed up. My husband tried to find the clog to fix it himself but couldn't find it. I called Roto Rooter because they have great reviews on Google. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day (Saturday) and someone called me within half an hour (11 pm) to confirm. Someone called again the next morning to confirm that our technician would be at our house between 1-3 pm. I was told they only work until 4 pm. At 3 pm no one had shown up and we had plans in an hour so I called to get a status update. They said it was would be several hours before they could get to the house. I said I that's fine but we won't be there. However, our friends would be at the house with our daughter. I was told this would not be an issue, no problem at all. They would get the job done and call if they needed anything. About 4:45 they called to say they couldn't do the job after all since we wouldn't be there but that they would reschedule for the next day (Sunday). Ir seemed to me that maybe someone was trying to get out of working late. I called back immediately and was told that they would pass along the message and someone would call me back. No one called me back and my husband and I were both working Sunday so this was an issue. I called back first thing Sunday morning and was told they could come that evening to get it done.Chris came and he did a good job. They had to snake the drain to unclog it. He made sure it worked before he left and charged almost $200 for this. I'm not sure what this normally costs but it seems a bit high. Regardless it needed to be done so we would have paid whatever we had to pay.I'm glad it got done but it shouldn't have been such a difficult process.

Our Water heater went out and our old inlet valve broke and started leaking. Mr. Loy Culberston came out around 7pm and was able to fix our inlet line. VERY Profession and Excellent work! The online appointment scheduling does not work. I had an appt scheduled for 1p-4p yesterday, Monday. I called after 4p to find out what was up and was told there was no appt scheduled for me. I had the Order number and confirmation email. She said she could not locate my appt. but could schedule me for 10a-12p today, Tuesday. I left work during that time and scheduled the time to be out of the office. At 10 min til noon, I called because still no plumber. I was told that he was backed up on another job and would get to me as soon as he was finished. I went back to work, having wasted that time away, only to get a call at 3pm telling me the plumber assigned to my job still was not available. At that point, I cancelled all together, contacted a local plumber who will be there right when I get off at 5pm, he is guaranteeing it. All I have is a clogged kitchen sink...i bet it would take a professional less than an hour to fix. But my job isn't a big money job so my appt isn't a priority.

We had another local plumbing company come out on June 7th and they did not fix our problem. In fact, they reported to our home warranty company that they had pulled out roots, carpet, and hair. The problem came back five days later. We were told because of the carpet and roots that it would not be covered by the warranty and they could come back out, but it would be out of pocket. Problem with clogged drain was resolved.

I called to have someone fix the plugged drain in my kitchen sink and scheduled a day to get it done, the plumber called me on the day I scheduled to confirm his arrival. The problem was repaired quickly at a fair price. I'm very happy with the person they sent, Mike Elliott, he was very polite and did a great job fixing my sink drain. Hope I don't gave any more problems but if I do, I'll call Roto-Rooter and ask for Mike Elliott, a real professional plumber.

Arrival time was scheduled between 3pm and 5pm plumbers showed up about 5:45pm for estimate appointment and scheduled service appointment. Drain was unclogged and problem was solved other plumbing issues were explained to me and offered to do an estimate on replacing plumbing line as they stated that they determined weeds were causing some of the plumbing issue. I was waiting for the plumbers to come back to my door to give me the second estimate on replacing but instead they did not and left

Mike is a professional and patient plumber who explained everything to me in a way I could understand.I was one of many people who's pipes had burst in the freeze but Mike was able to make it to my house around 6pm.He fixed the original issue but another pipe burst and he stayed until past 1am to fix that(and others) and to make sure the water pressure worked fine afterwards.That's outstanding professional dedication!I would like Roto-Rooter to lower their prices, and wanted to put four stars for that reason; but I didn't want 4/5 stars to reflect poorly on Mike's awesome work.

I have had a clogged drain that I have been fighting for several years. I called to get an estimate flush out the clog. The price was a little high for the service, but it was a flat rate no matter how long it took. I had called another company and their price was a little lower but it was per hour. The plumber Sean that arrived was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even let me watch and ask questions as to what he was going to do. I do recommend Roto Rooter.

Damion did a good job clearing the drain line and communicated everything he was doing, told us what our issues were with the sewer line at our house and what would have to be done to resolve the problem. I appreciate the video of the sewer line so we could see the problem and what tree its likely coming from so we could decide what we need to do next. I especially appreciate him tracking down the location of the clean-out that previous owners had allowed to become covered with dirt making it impossible to find just by looking.

Of all days I had to call a Plummer on Thanksgiving day. My toilet had backed up. I called roto-rooter and the technician, Robert Lara, called me back in a very short time and was at my house shortly after that. Robert Lara was very pleasant and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable. He went straight to work, diagnosed the problem, gave us a detailed description of the problem, solution, and cost to fix it. We agreed and he fixed my toilet with no problem. The whole time Robert Lara had a smile on his face. I would not hesitate to call or recommend Roto-Rooted and Robert Lara if anyone ever needs a plummer.

That did not stop Roto-Rooter from getting me back in business. The technician stayed at my home working into the evening. The owner of Roto-Rooter also came to my home late in the evening and got the system to a state that it was usable until the correct parts could be obtained. It was obvious to me that these individuals were not going to leave the job until it was in good working order. As soon as the parts came in, they came back and promptly completed the repair. Called them in New Years night due to we noticed a leak under our water spigot. The young lady who took my call was very friendly and professional and advised me that she could have a technician out the next morning between 9-11. I took the morning off work so I could be home, received a call about 10:15 that the technician was delayed but they would call me when he would be heading our way. Didn’t get a technician out to my home until 5:30ish. Cindy however was very courteous and professional and was able to get another technician out to our house. Other than I lost a whole day of work, they were very courteous and reasonable.

I scheduled a water heater repair a week ago. First of all, they showed up late from the appointment time then when they did show up they diagnosed the control panel was out. The technician said it would take 2 to 3 days to get the parts. I tried to contact them every day after 3 days to find out more info on the repair. The answering service has no idea what the technicians are doing I still haven't heard anything from them yet after a week. (Reminder taking cold showers is not fun)I got to say this is the worst service I have ever received from a company. Technicians and managers will not call you back.PS: The answering service is trained to tell you they will contact the technician or leave a note on the manager's desk to have them call you.I would not recommend this company to anyone if they don't care about you.

Roto-Rooter plumbers were ontime and did a great job on fixing bathroom leak behind wall and outside underground leak. Plumbers explained and documented as they worked on issues and explained in detail. You cant go wrong with Garrett and Vincent if u need excellent and professional service, these guys will definately be called again if any other plumbing issues arise. Called up Roto Rooter for another plumbing issue that came up today (4/15/18) and this time Ramon came out and once again excellent service. Due to a clogged clean out valve I called Roto Rooter for a quote. The secretary told me that they don’t give quotes over the phone but can send a technician out to my house last night between 10pm-12am in Aransas Pass. The tech would inspect the issue free of charge then provide me with a quote..Technician Randy called before 10pm and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived I told him the problem I was having and he did an inspection to make sure that was the issue.He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was causing my problem and offered 2 types of treatments to take care of the issue.I went with the hydro jet even though it was more expensive but in my case that was the best option for me as he explained the root of the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and accurate as he performed his duties along with offering me more services down the road since the house was built in 1971 and the pipes were old. He gave me two quotes on future things I could get done to help improve my situation.I highly recommend Roto Rooter for all your plumbing needs than any other plumbing company in the area. They offer a basic standard price and not an after hours emergency cost like most companies do.Be sure to ask for technician Randy when you need their services. He was a great young man who knew a lot..

The manager Jason did a great job at following up with work performed at one of my rent houses. They use only state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the job is done right the first time. He verified that I was happy with the results and addressed any questions I had regarding their performance. They guarantee all of their work, and customer satisfaction is their number one priority!

Jason was absolutely fantastic. I cannot give him a better review. He deserves a 10/5. He tried so hard to remove the remote in my toilet and couldn't. He recommended we get a new toilet. I pressed him to keep trying, and he showed me his process and I could see it was stuck and it wasn't coming out. I told him thanks and that we would go ahead getting a new toilet. He could tell I was upset I'd have to spent an extra $700, but I knew it wasn't his fault. I left him to cover up the sewage hole, and I heard an exuberant yell. He had tried one more time with the toilet at a different angle and was able to get the remote out. Jason is absolutely FANTASTIC and a great employee. I will use Roto rooter again, but I want to highlight Jason's fantastic work, professionalism, and genuine care to fix my issue even though it seemed to be impossible.

We were having a slow drain issues in the Kitchen and laundry room. The “other plumbing company” took three separate trips with a charge each visit and still didn’t get the issue resolved. Called Roto-Rooter yesterday and they had Justin out by this afternoon, no wait, unlike the “other company”, which left us hanging for days.Justin was committed to diagnosing the problem and getting a remedy in place so the drains were running clear.
