Unique Service Plumbing

I am a Real Estate agent here in Corpus Christi and I have had multiple clients use Unique Plumbing to do the hydrostatic testing prior to purchase. I am who usually lets them in to the home and I have had to opportunity to meet most of their plumbers. They are all on time or early, clean up before leaving and most important is that whether the test pastes or fells they are able to explain to the homeowner what has happened and the process, in necessary, to locate and repair any problem.

Very professional and punctual. Very reasonable price for hydrostatic test.

I called earlier this week to request a quote for our main sewer line and was given a date and time for the appointment. Unique showed up for the appointment perfectly on time as previously discussed. The gentleman that came out was professional; explained everything, and courteous. Quote is pending - but I am already impressed. Simple customer service and being prompt are something seldom found; so giving my review already to express appreciation. Have a great day.

Do not use this company for any testing! Selling my home and they did a report that was incompetent. If you loose 20 psi and it holds- probably the ice maker! Dumb and more Dumb. Had to have Ocean plumbing do another test that passed with flying colors! They (Ocean Plumbing are top notch) Unique plumbing - fishing for work? Or are they that incompetent !!

Beto and Matt were very professional courteous and answered every question I had. Called Unique and told them my problem the office lady was prompt away getting me set up and taken care of. I will be using this company for future problems

Robert Cantu came out to do an inspection for me in Bishop, Texas. He did not charge me extra to travel and was on time!! He went above and beyond to make sure my client had answers. He even took video of the leaks on a home when it was not required. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work and hydro-static inspections!! Thank you Robert for the awesome service.

Took our money for a hydrostatic test. They tested the wrong places and it failed. Took another plumbing company to come out, test the PROPER clean out and it passed! We asked for a partial refund since one side of the house was tested correctly and the other side was not, but they had an excuse and said no refund. They were going to charge us 795.00 for a new cleanout.... when there was already one there and it PASSED (by another plumbingcompany)! Then the owner had an excuse saying well, looks like it had 3 systems... my response.... then why weren't all three systems tested, since thats what we PAID you for? He said I don't know, but the one system we tested passed, the others are a courtesy, so you don't get a refund.... WHAT? Y'all didn't complete the inspection, inspected the wrong clean out/spot and y'all won't give a partial refund? Wow, don't trust this plumbing company to come out to your house..... it's funny, bc my sister is buying a house (used this company) and they said the same thing to her too, hers failed and it would cost around $900.... sound familiar?

UPDATE**** spoke to the plumbing company that came out and fixed the work from unique plumbing... the house has 4 clean outs and the 2nd clean out unique plumbing tested (the one they failed) was the end of run and it isn't supposed to hold water. So Unique plumbing hydrostatic tested the wrong cleanout and didn't test 3 other cleanouts, to perform a proper inspection, which is what we paid them for. But the owner had no problem telling me no refund and then hanging up on me.
