A few weeks ago, I requested services from Hand Plumbing. I found the office person to be very professional and helpful. They charge by the hour and are worth every cent. The plumbers that came to my house, on time, were very efficient and provided expert services. I found them to be upfront and honest about everything and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Affordable PID responded to my request for service quickly. He spent time explaining to me that he felt that our issue with the sewer was with the city sewer line. He got our sewer line cleaned out and draining correctly. We experienced the same issue within a week. This time it was a Saturday evening. I called Affordable PID again and left a message. He called me back early Sunday morning. He was at my house in less than a half hour. Even though he was taking his family to the South Texas Air Show he took the time to fix our problem again and he didn’t even charge me!! I would recommend Affordable PID to anyone that needs his services!!

Jeremy and Shawn arrived on time, expeditiously replaced my broken main water shut-off valve, cleaned the job site and presented a very reasonable bill and full explanation of all costs. I was also kept informed of exactly when they would arrive. I am a retired builder and I know good plumbing when I see it - and recognize excellent customer service. After calling 2 other companies 1 my usual plumber couldn’t come for a week. The second company never returned my call. So after 3 hrs of getting nowhere I called Southside. They took my call, had a crew out and fixed my clogged all under 45 Minutes from start to Finish! Seriously, The BEST service I have ever had in Corpus Christi... Freddy and his crew are Amazing , courteous and FAST!!!!
