Justin was the employee i initially spoke with. Professional and clear on when services could be performed. Julian is the plumber who came out to see about the gas leak. Kind, courteous, professional, and didn't mind answering a few questions from an inexperienced home owner. All in all, i very much appreciate what the company has done for me so far.

Both times I have used Mr. Rooter, Julian came on time, worked hard, and fixed the problem. Everything was highly professional, particularly the notifications from the office. Mr. Rooter of Corpus Christi is now my preferred plumber. Couldn't be happier to have found them.
Mr rooter came to my home a week ago and im still waiting on my quote. I've called numerous times about my quote and was told constantly i would get ot later that day. I then got fed up and asked for a manger or supervisors number only for that number to be useless. I had to go to another company instead.

Tried to use Mr. Rooter to have a gas line installed to our house and change to a gas stove top. Despite multiple phone calls to try to be sure we were all on the same page and having the installation appointment set for a month, they never initiated a plumbing permit with the City to install the gas line. The guys showed up at our set appointment time and were respectful but had no idea they were supposed to have had the permit. Luckily we asked before they started anything to make sure everything was going to occur today and not leave us without a working stove top, and of course no paperwork was in order and they hadn't even talked to the City. So the installation could not occur, and we are now past the date of being able to return the gas stove top we had bought to replace the electric one. VERY disappointed and needless to say we will be swapping plumbers.
I requested quotes off of home advisor and Mr. ROOTER was the only one that responded promptly.
The following day they sent out Julian Garcia.
Once Julian got here he looked over our leak and gave us a fantastic quote and was able to complete the repair the second day.
Julian is an amazing worker!!

Wanted to say thank y'all for sending Jeremy to fix our clean out at our house.
He did an awesome job and explained everything to us. After completing job he ran camera again to show me repair and insure the flow was good.

They installed a new gasket in the toilet tank and charged 158.00 and that is with a $20.00 veterans discount. Costs way too much!

Jullian Garcia came to my home after an email and text before his arrival, he informed me upfront what needed to be done and he got to work. He was very professional and did a great job repairing a shark bite fitting that was bad under my home and replacing a leaky gas shut off valve. 10/10 would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

I called them to come out and inspect my gas line to make an estimate of how much it would cost. The technician showed up late without giving me any advance notice since I had to go back to work. There is another staff member who does estimates and with our immediate need of our gas line needing repair, they did not show any effort to make sure I was their priority. I waited days before calling to check on the status of the estimate, but they always said they’ll get back to me. Nevertheless, they just never sent me an estimate.

There two worker was very respectful and hard working. Will recommend them and use again in the future.
I was trying to replace the drain in my bathtub. It appeared that the threads in the drain were stripped. I called Mr. Rooter to replace the drain pipe. The extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable plumbers (Julian and Juanito) quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The problem was not as bad as I thought. They fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I will use them again!!!

Mr. Rooter flushed our tankless water heater and did a great job
in a very timely manner!
We had three toilets replaced. The tech was on time, polite and very efficient. The work was done quickly and he cleaned the areas thoroughly. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them to others.

Was told the fix would be easy and they only needed a very common part. Two weeks go by and they call us and let us know it will be another week. A month goes by. I call and they tell me they JUST ordered the part. Two more weeks of radio silence. I left numerous VM with no response. It took me going over there personally and I still got a slack jawed response. They told me they had the part and that was it. So I pushed and asked “are you planning on installing it?” This has them shook like they had never considered such an outlandish idea and they finally relented saying “sure. We could be there tomorrow maybe but we will call you ahead of time.” They FINALLY did the Job 1.5 months later. Do NOT recommend. I know it’s corpus and no business does anything in a punctual manner but this was inexcusable.

Called them to remove a old water softener from a previous owned house, had Julian do the job and he was honest about things in a very professional manner. Would use them for all my needs in the future.

Exceptional work and exceptional quality. Jeremy showed up and explained everything to me about the cost and the work it would take to clear my tub. I wasn't surprised at the cost he even cleaned up all his mess everything was great! I highly recommend this company.

Called Mr. Rooter after using a separate local plumber out of Ingleside who wanted to charge double for the same job that wasn't repaired the first time. Julian arrived on time, immediately got to work, found source and repaired. Zero complaints, he did our repair thoroughly and professionally. Will only call out Mr. Rooter for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Julian with Mr. Rooter was incredibly responsive and gave me adequate time ahead of his arrival to prepare. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every question and hypothetical I asked, he had a response. He cleaned up his mess (which is a surprise for contractors) and was professional. Definitely will use them again. He extended a gas line and dropped it down a wall for me to install a fireplace.

Julian was professional, respectful and even covered his shoes before entering my house each time he left. He diagnosed my issue quickly and fixed it to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed that I was able to get an appointment so quickly. I called at 4:30 pm one day and Julian was at my house by 8:30 the next morning. Price was reasonable. I will definitely call them again!!

Great service. I was given an appointment time and then received a phone call to tell me that my plumber Julian was done with another job early and was on his way to my house. He showed up 20 minutes later and fixed every issue he found and the estimate i was given is what I payed.

They were quick with sending out their quotes. They squeezed us in so we could have the access to hot water again. They worked late into the night to ensure we would be comfortable. If you are stuck looking for a plumbing company and not sure who to go to? This is the company give them a call 📞 Robert Brown the (general manager) took the initiative to come out himself the same day I was scheduled to get a quote by a technician who couldn’t make it it was very quick and simple Robert was very respectful and kind got my quotes the very next day at such a reasonable price scheduled me in within the week.Julian and his partner Juan came by yesterday to get the job done and let me tell you they exceeded BEYOND the expectations they worked really hard and their workmanship speaks for itself they communicated amongst each other very well and I’m so grateful for the company and the technicians very nice hard working men and get the job done I would definitely recommend them over other competitors you will be absolutely pleased by their work and won’t be disappointed I will definitely go to them for any future services I would give 💯/ 💯 any day.Thankyou again Mr.Rooter plumbing co for being the best at what you do Julian and Juan are the bomb.com👌😎

Julian Garcia from Mr. Rooter found the source of the water leak, which costed me over $400 in water bill last month. It was quite intriguing and there were quite a few possible culprits. He systematically ruled out all other causes and found the source of the leak and repaired it. He is sharp, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The job was done timely, and the cost is very very reasonable.
I did not just got my problem resolved, I got myself a trustworthy and competent plumber!
In addition to their qualified technician, their communication with clients is excellent. They also do care about customers. Since I had my water shut off due to a leak, they squeezed me in the next day in spite of their tight schedule.
I could not have made a better choice by calling Mr. Rooter of Corpus Christi!
