I built a new house with my husband an Wxpert Plumbing did all of our work. They did an amazing job! They were efficient, courteous, cost-effective and professional. I wouldn't choose another plumber ever!

It all starts with the inital call to the office. LaDena and Stacy give the absolute best customer service! After 4 other service calls from other plumbing companies being over here prior to us calling Expert Plumbing I was really not expecting much as far as quality work and fair prices, I am happy to say that I was proven wrong and have found our go to people for our future projects and any plumbing needs we may have. Outstanding response and service! Needed to have a whole house water filter and softener put in at my bay house. Came out same day got to work and did a very professional job. Will be using them again. Glad to have a good local plumber nearby.

Quoted over 5k to repair and replace all galvanized and cast pipes throughout the house, moved into our house not even a month moved in and had to call out for a sewage back up. Then another month goes by and had to call out again, luckily didn’t pay for 2nd service but first service was a $125 call out. Not even 4 months of living here called out another contractor to see what going on couple days ago, and told cast piping was still there sewage was not repaired/replaced properly as Expert was stated it was. Expert says was not quoted for work but initial quote says other wise. Been getting the run around for trying to get them to come do the work they stated but seems like it’s not gonna happen, sucks but i would definitely not recommend this service, tried making things right over the phone but Expert stated that’s why 3rd party work sucks and other contractors don’t know what their talking about.....

These folks did an awesome job installing a sink, faucet, disposal and dishwasher. They showed up whey they said they would, very kind and polite, professional. Meticulous craftsmen, and keep the house clean. very fair price. I highly recommend them ...and very particular

They were fast and did an awesome job. I have two little boys that were interested in everything he was doing and didn’t seem bothered by them at all. He even gave them a little prize which made they boys’ day.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Expert Plumbing. The guys came out for an emergency main line clog. Everything seemed fine. Then it clogged again, that night. They were quick to come out again. We found another (hidden) clean out, they snaked it and it cleared. Great service and they stand by their work. I must say, the price was more than fair!!!! (Unlike a lot of the contractors, since the storm.) I so appreciate the great service.

My hot water heater went out. I called mid-morning and by mid-afternoon I had a new water heater and it had to be raised off the floor to meet code. The price was over $1,000 less than a national plumbing chain's bid.

They were able to get to me on the same day and were on time too. Great service and very friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

My son is a first responder in Corpus Christi. He has a potentially serious plumbing problem and has had a problem finding someone to help him in Corpus. We contacted Expert Plumbing on the chance that they could help. We told the woman that it was a Corpus address and she said No problem. They will be there on Wednesday or no later than Thursday. Now he is being told that they will get there if they can possibly when they go into Corpus to get parts and that they normally work only in Portland. What horrible service! If they don't want to work in Corpus, then don't tell someone you will be there!!!

He came out the same day I called. My hot water heater had stopped working. This was on Christmas eve! He gave my heater a thorough cleaning, and it really needed it. The water heater works great now. I truly believe Expert Plumbing saved me a lot money. Thank you, and happy holidays!

Coming home to Rockport after hurricane Harvey, we found our water well and shed had blown away. I tried to reach plumbers close by for help. When she heard the sad urgency in my voice she put me directly to her husband who came that day and made many trips to get parts, maneuvering thru destruction and convoys to get our well going again and his Wife brought food to us! Twice now I have called to have services done at my home. The first time I called the woman on the phone recommended me to a handy man because it would be cheaper. This morning I was calling about possibly installing my water heater only to be ostracized for needing it to be done without breaking the bank. I was most shocked when she finished the phone call with, If you're looking for the cheapest, I'm not it. For being an expert plumber, I wouldn't say they are an expert in professionalism.

Called and requested a bid on new construction. Stacy showed up, very friendly, very knowledgeable, listened to, and answered all my questions. Submitted a quote within 2 hours. I highly recommend these guys.

Called me 10 mins before the scheduled time that they cant be here because they have other emergency came up and had fix that first. I told them mine is emergency too my whole pipe line is clogged i cant flush i cant wash dishes etc etc but the woman just hung up on me . Very unprofessional.

Called over lunch to inquire about tankless water heater. Had quote in minutes and have it installed already. Hot water on demand!. No better service in the area!

I thought when our under mounted kitchen sink crash down into the cabinets below we would be paying half a grand to fix it. We are a military family and on a fixed income. The plumber came in and went above and beyond to make sure our sink was fixed and mounted properly. He even took our sink home with him to straighten out bends in the rim so it would seal properly. To top it all off his price was more than fair for the outstanding job.
