The water heater at my parents home broke and needed to be replaced. I tried calling every plumber to get different quotes, and I came across C & S Plumbing. Gary Starr answers the phone and from the very start he was very polite and so helpful, I was sold. For the water heater and labor, he charged us a very fair price and did such an amazing job. On 8/5/19, I called at approximately 7:30 a.m. to service a couple of leaking toilets. I explained the problem, as best I could, to the man answering. He told me to take photos of the leaks and to forward them along with my name and address. He did not take the time for pertinent details and as such I called other plumbing company who catered to my needs within one hour. If they are too busy to listen, especially to a senior, they do not need my business!

Excellent customer service, finished promptly, reasonable pricing, would definitely hire again and recommend.

Called C&S Plumbing because we had a pipe burst on the second floor of my house and it was flooding. They said they would be out as soon as possible, but it may take awhile because of availability. Understood. They never came. They never called. Thanks for nothing.

He is very knowledgeable man, and a professional man. He explained everything thoroughly, he showed us the leak, after he fixed it, and sealed it.

The first time Gary came to help about two years ago, he repaired some leaking in our shower drain and checked out our entire plumbing system. He taught my husband and I how to turn off the main water line in case we ever had frozen pipes...even taught us to look for black widows before lifting up the city water connection plate. All of this for the price of repairing the shower drain. Recently, I called Gary in a panic when my husband was deployed late in the evening when my outside water spigot broke and was spraying out water. I turned off the main water like he taught me. He called me back at 11pm and came right away that evening to fix it and it cost next to nothing! Lifesaver this one!

Never showed up in the place

We had an outstanding experience with C&S Plumbing. We added a complete bathroom to our house and it was amazing the knowledge and great ideas this plumber had to resolve issues that came up. Fair price and reliable I highly recommend Gary for your plumbing needs! 5 stars!!!

Gary showed up and quickly diagnosed and repaired my water heater. A few hiccups with getting parts but now my water heater works better than it ever has even when it was brand new. Very nice guy. Very good pricing and discounted for the difficulty getting parts. It was an old heater but not anymore.

Good plumbers are almost impossible to find. Gary Starr of C&S plumbing is not only a good plumbers, he's also honest and affordable. From a simple clog to complicated problems, I highly recommend C &s plumbing for all your plumbing needs

Gary Starr of C & S Plumbing was hired by my next door neighbors LeAnn & Jim Volk (located at 5744 Mira Grande 79912) to install a water heater in their home. Instead, Mr. Starr and his workers got on MY roof and damaged my water heater ventilation, thinking he was removing my neighbor's old one. I told Mr. Starr and his crew to get off my roof and he agreed to pay for the damages. The cost of the damages to my water heater and roof, which my own contractor fixed, was $391.65 for labor and $124.56 for parts. The incident occurred on Friday June 19, 2020. Since then, C & S Plumbing has refused to pay for the damage to my roof. I have filed a police report as well as a small claims petition against this business. Do not use or hire this company as they do nothing but damage property.

I called in the afternoon and asked if he could come fix a leaky toilet the next morning. He said he could come by that evening for no extra fee. He showed up within an hour, finished the job within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and I waited a week to make sure everything held up before I posted this. No leaks, no wobbles, all is well. I will definitely call him the next time.

Mr. Gary Starr. What can I say? This man is a saint. An absolute professional and a helluva' nice gentleman. Very reasonably priced and extremely competent. Well-knowledged in his craft as you will see. Recommended in the utmost. Don't waste your time with anyone else!

I live in an older home and I have always had a hard time finding a good plumber who is dependable, honest and can do a good job, so I did some research online and saw the great reviews on C&S plumbing. I called Gary Starr of C&S plumbing and he showed up at the time he promised and did a great job! Mr. Starr gave me several options to fix my plumbing issue and his prices were great! He's very honest and will be the only plumber we use from now on.

Gary was just great, he showed up Sunday and by Monday morning he had me going. Great service awesome guy and helped me and my family out in these tough times. Definitely would recommend no doubt.

Mr.Starr is a completely unreliable and and waste of time. We went with him due to reasonable pricing but now since regret it. A job that should have been only a two week job has been going on 6 months and yet to be completed. We can never get a follow up not even an answer from him. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS LIKE WE DID. We are ones that never write reviews but this is something that we do not anyone else to experience.

Gary was called for a quote for install a water softener, he came pretty quick to give us that quote. We agreed Monday that by Thursday he was going to come and get it installed, it’s already Thursday of the following week and he’s been ignoring my calls, my texts. I had to call him from another phone and he’s response was “I’m in California, I’m unavailable until next week” (which it’s this week) and still ignoring my calls.

If in case of a plumbing emergency Gary is the man to call! He was very reliable when he was needed and explained everything in detail and was able to get the job done in no time. I highly recommend him!!
