Eric and Ramon arrived on time to unclog a shower drain as scheduled and presented in a professional and courteous manner. They showed seasoned proficiency and knowledge of the problem and method of fixing it. Perfomed the work in a clean crafstman manner. Sun City Plumbers is the best! Every employee who has been to our house has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are always on time (and sometimes even call to see if they can come early), and the work is first rate. Frank Perry even came to do a repair himself when his crews were busy so we wouldn’t have to wait over the weekend. Their rates are very reasonable, and they are absolutely honest. I don’t hesitate to recommend them and give them a five-star review.

Very professional and timely experience. Alex & Johnny gave me a courtesy call to give me an ETA on their arrival. They were not late! Both were courteous, professional and let me know ahead of time about time to repair, costs, and informed meabout a valve that may become an issue in the future. Old -fashioned customer service !! Very honest but couldn't finish the job. I give them a thumbs up for their honestly in letting me know that their company couldn't finish the job. They recommended Rooto Rooter which they found the problem and solved it!!

Frank did an absolutely wonderful job! Before purchasing my house, Frank inspected my entire plumbing including the crawlspace and using his video camera to assess any damages and examined the gas system. I felt 100% more confident after Frank helped me. He is also very personable, allowed me to ask my 1000 questions and is very professional! You definitely want Frank!

Talk about a company that values your time. I had an appointment scheduled and they arrived just as promised on time. That in itself is a big feat. The installer was professional, took his time and cleaned his area. My installation was over a month ago and I've had no issues.
