Not sure why company received bad marks from some folks, but once I was contacted the service was prompt after OK from Home Warranty company. (Took 2 days) Roger and assistant arrived, assessed situation then waited for approval. Once that came in they were out the next day (Saturday) and replaced water heater and water softener. Kudos to them. Some difficulty reaching the company phone several times though. Could work on that.

In a word: FLAKY! After telling him I'd need something in writing, Jerome stated he would email me an estimate, and that he could do the work today. He failed to send an estimate, and I haven't heard back.
