Do not use this company. They said they will send someone out early and then lied. No one showed up twice, back to back times to fix my issue. No one called, no one showed up, not even a text. Do not use this service, you will be wasting your time and money. Use another company.Continued to your response:I did not threaten to leave a review after you tried to do everything for me to help me resolve the issues I was having on the 9th, I did tell you I would leave a negative review after you stated that I had done that on Friday. Which is a lie, I do not leave negative reviews or state I am until I had a negative experience. Which I did, you said you could get a tech out to me between 2-4 if no issues arrived, you then called later stating an emergency did happen and you couldn't come out until Tuesday after you the appointment that was missed on Thursday.I never told anyone to cancel the order, until I called on Monday Sept 12, because I had resolved the issue myself. As I was already waiting over a week to get this resolved.Not to mention you didn't even contact me what so ever on Sept 13th as the appoint was for that day for Tuesday, didn't call. No text, or email nothing. Just a no call no show, as I never cancelled that appointment. I would have done it through HWA instead of you. But say what you want to try to resolve this issue, when you never really did.

Great service call. The plumber showed up exactly when expected and completed the job very efficiently. Also, he is really straightforward about what we could potentially do ourselves to keep costs down. Quick and painless! Will definitely call this again the next time we need plumbing services.

Worst experience ever! American Home Shield sent this company to replace or fix my garbage disposal. Then the lady scheduling the technician to come out to my location called me and asked if I could come the same day, Thursday. I stated no one would be at my place due to my wife's work schedule in the office. She asked what time I would get off work. I informed her that I was off around 3 pm. I asked her if I could come the next day instead because my wife would be off Friday. She told me I would receive a call to confirm if the technician could come on Friday.After leaving my office, driving home typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and I received a call that the technician was there waiting on me. I needed clarification. The lady was very unprofessional, saying I had her guy waiting ever since 245pm (Thursday). I informed her I had never received a call back to confirm whether Thursday or Friday would be good to go.Friday morning, I received a text message with an invoice of $50 for a no-show. I tried calling AHS, but no answer had me waiting for hours. Very disappointed with the hold process. I will not pay Infinity Plumbing, but no service was done, lack of communication and unprofessional behavior.
