Had a emergency called this otherPlumbing co, said they were to busy to fit us in. Meanwhile the pipe to the main line had split open. Went to advisory these guys from Ajax plumbing came to our rescue. Not even half hour went by they were here. They immediately found the problem gave us a quote and were here bright and early fixed the problem. Thanks to adolph who was very professional kept us informed as to what was going on. Just received a phone call from Jerry 3 minutes before our scheduled appointment time as I was pulling up to the job site on a Saturday morning. After a rambling series of excuses, he said he would not have capacity for the work or be showing up to the appointment. He hung up on me abruptly before I could get a word in edgewise.Don't waste your time.

I can say I used them and didn't use them. THEY ARE GOD AWFUL. I don't understand how they have stayed in business. The dumb Dan guy doesn't call you back. Asks that you text him your info and just leaves you hanging. 4 freaken times...... seriously. Good luck getting this guy to come out and do a job for you. I would just straight call a reliable plumber.

The repair was not performed because it was on the Sprinkler side of the yard. The repairman was very honest and he turned off the sprinkler system at the curb. I will now call the Sprinkler Company for the repair.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.

Do not use George's Sewer Services. He was hired by my general contractor for a full house remodel and it took him MONTHS to finish the job! His guys were sloppy, cut corners, and left messes. George Medina rarely checked on his workers' progress/quality. When questioned about why certain things were done the way they were, he told me I know this, but you don't. You wouldn't understand so you should just trust me. Even after failing city inspections and failing to correct the problems after weeks, he continued to argue that I should just trust him. He said he shouldn't have to tell me why I needed certain things he was charging me for because I would just go and do it myself next time instead of hire him--as though explaining the work required to the customer would disincentivize them from hiring him again. His condescending attitude did that all on its own. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
