Mr. Smith (owner) the most unprofessional person I have encountered in Lubbock, do not work with this company that doesn't care about customer service!!

F3 plumbing came in and figured out why hot water was not getting to one of the bathrooms. Heater was plumber for a recirculation pump so they put one in for us and problem was fixed. Great work! Quote was pretty high, but they did great work and got it done fast. Thank you!

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

We have mini splits in our home. Comfort Masters worked to find the problem with our indoor unit. Sam and Michael took the time to diagnose the problem and then install a new unit. They did not stop working until problem was solved and our house was cool.

JW is a life saver. We have used him for countless issues we've had with our plumbing (we live in an old house with pleanty of plumbing issues to be worked on). Everything he's done for us has been done very well, and at a very reasonable price. We live out in Ralls, and his milage cost is also extremely reasonable.

Unfortunately, had a water heater fail on the weekend. Called multiple plumbers to see if anyone could come out on the weekend. A couple said they'd look into it and call back. The only one that actually did was Rudy. Not only did he call back but he was out there a very short time later and had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours.

Rudy was great and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber.

we just moved into the area and required the services of a plumber. a relative recommended Ricky Eade Plumbing, saying she has used them for years. an appt. was made ( had to wait a week, the job was not an emergency ) They arrived early, after calling to let us know they were on their way. Work was completed in a very professional manner at a very fair price. i highly recommend them.

On a Saturday evening no less, Zach called me back within minutes of placing my panicked call to the company. He showed up when he said he would, was incredibly professional and accommodating to my endless questions. He took his time, never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get out of there. Super appreciative of his time and efforts.

Very happy to find a service company with such high standards. The technician arrived on time, informed my wife approximately how long the service would take, and cleaned up after the job was done.
