I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I have their home warranty and it is fantastic. They are prompt in scheduling when I have an issue. They communicate well on when to expect them and are very courteous. 5 star service for sure.

Well me and my wife were told it would cost 1200 to go through the sheetrock and cut a hole in our concreate floor to fix a water leak. JW did not have to go through the floor only the sheetrock! Still charged us the full price. Definitely a lesson learned here. Do not use these people. In other words if someone quotes you on a price of what will have to be done and only has to do half of it, than the price should have been lowered!! How can someone do that people!!

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Not impressed I called them said they'd be at my house between 8:30-9:00 am the next day. They were a no call no show. Was home all day!! Not very professional!!? I'd like to make a correction to the above previous review. I'd like to thank Clifton for going out of his way to fix the situation I was Very Pleased with the work done and the outcome of the work. I would most definitely use your business again if ever I need it! Again Thank You for convincing me to fix the situation. Very satisfied!! Would recommend the business!!

Responded fast to my call on a Sunday. Was able to complete work under a hour.

Was not happy with these folks at all! I only used them because they took over for home town plumber and NEVER again! Yes! Let's be honest.... you were NOT at my house for and. Hour and half for one and you told me on Saturday that it would be 145 unless I waited until Monday and then it would be 95 an hour! Your guys were not there a whole hour! Then when questioned about it we were told we have to pay your employees insurance and your tools! Today is the very First bill I have received! Not to mention it was through a text message!
