Mr Crockett and his two man crew showed up early Friday morning 9/25/20 to locate and repair backyard gas leak.They started 9:00am dug up the ground and cutting both end of metal gas line from the alley meter to the outside wall gas line and inserted and ran underground yellow polyethylene gas liner. Later they took the time to enter my home and removed the old gas shut off valves on gas stove, water heater and heating @ a/c and installed new valves and inspected the attic gas line connectors and exhaust vents. After the repairs was done and gas turn on and hot water heater turn back on I notice my A/C wasn’t blowing cold air (Had nothing to do with gas leak repair) compressor wasn’t kicking on Mr Crocket took the time to trouble shoot the problem and finally had the A/C running again. The repair price I was quoted was reasonable and well worth for the repair they provided.
I highly recommend Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C to anyone out there in Lubbock and surrounding areas. Their professional mannerisms, honesty, professional and knowledgeable work ethic they have provided me that day is above and beyond...Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C was recommened to me by Atmos Energy Technician. It's always a great place for Family.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

He was on time. He left the area clean and He took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or not heard. I would recommend Jason anytime.

Professional, actually shows up & on time, good communication, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and fixes stuff the right way!!! I highly recommend this handyman service. We will be using

I accidentally ran over the Freon pressurized pipe for the ac with my lawn mower. On a Sunday of course. I was so upset, calling everywhere I could to get quotes. Every place I called, and it was a ton of places available 24/7, quoted me at at least $1600 and said it would take hours to replace and they couldn’t get to it same day. Called Duncan, they were here within the hour, fixed it within an hour and charged me $561. They are amazing! Will forever use this company!!!! So kind, helpful, fast, trustworthy, and they don’t take advantage of you and price gouge. Thank you, Duncan!!!!

Called Proflow and was answered promptly. Showed up when they said they would and Andrew was very professional. He was able to clear my drain lines within a timely manner. It was a challenging situation but Andrew worked hard to clear all of our sewer lines. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

Highly recommend these guys!! Prompt,professional and very courteous.They arrived 20 minutes earlier than the appt. time and 4 hours later we had a new AC system,turn key, that works like a champ!! Super nice crew that knows their way around any HVAC problem or issue. Again, I highly recommend JD's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning...I will definitely use JD's in the future for any plumbing, heating or AC events!!

They USED TO BE AWESOME but apparently it's been sold. A pastor, that I knew, used to own it.
Yesterday my mom called Kristie and made an appointment for me for today, after 12pm, and herself for next week.
Today my mom came over and stayed to wait with me. At 1:30 Kristie called my mom to confirm my address and said they were on their way. At 2:40, I called Kristie to make sure they had the right address. She said between 1-3, right?(this was 15 minutes till 3). At 5pm I called again and Chuck answered. I explained the above and he said I guess we really screwed that up, didnt we. I let him know I was calling a different company. Done, Done and Done.

Very good experience Done right the 1st time

Not the best plumbing service in Lubbock but probably not the worst. The owner Ervey is a pretty good guy and stays true to his word but some of his workers really suck and are not competent to be doing the kind of work they do. If not for Ervey I would have left one star. We had work done on 10 different homes in a community run off of the same gas line. The work was performed and finalized, the city came out to inspect the line, and then Atmos energy came out only to find another leak in the line after the system had been pressured up for over 36 hours. To add insult to injury we were assured the work would be completed before the holidays so the community would have heat but the workers sat on the job. This caused the deadline to pass and nobody works in the city during the holidays to administer the proper tests to get the gas turned back on. As an apology we were discounted 10% but this wasn't communicated to the workers when they issued the invoice and the invoice had to be redrafted to reflect the discount. We are still left to have to fix another leak and will have to hire another plumber to properly fix the problem. Not recommended but If you have to have any work done with this company deal only with Ervey as he may be the only competent one there.
