The line was obstructed by roots, which required a return trip with a hydropressure truck, but the issue was corrected completely. Yosh, the lead technician, kept us informed at every stage, and he showed us the video images both before and after the hydropressure work. Honesty and Integrity describe Mr. Buck and his 2 sons Ronnie Buck and John Buck. They are excellent Plumbers. Small family owned business which has been around for over 65 years relying on the good word of mouth from their customers.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Wish I could take back every dollar I gave to these guys. Very unprofessional and shockingly rude. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Started with a simple purchase of some 1-1/4 galvanized pipe. I got the pipe home and it wouldn't fit so I measured it to be about 2 OD. They sold me the wrong size, which is a simple mistake anyone could make. However when I called to let them know they got very defensive and accusatory, told me I didn't know how to measure pipe etc. over the next few days they started trying to avoid my calls, wouldn't even tell me when they would be at the store so I could come talk to them. In the end the plumber told me to F off and hung up on me. I don't normally submit reviews and this was only a $50 purchase but these guys really were bad and I want them to lose business as a result. Go to another nearby plumbing store there are lots around.

I called them last Monday and they promised to be out Friday morning. When they didn't bother showing up or calling on Friday, I called them and they said they were too busy and could not even let me know when they could come out.
