Overall, and now that we have our solar system up and running, I received okay service. I was initially quoted 30-60 days from signing for the solar system to be up and running. It actually took 6 months. We had to create several service tickets to have issues resolved once it was up and running. But like I said, it is now up and running. Things could have been much better, but it is what it is. Mike

Pablo, Brian Odle, Jessica Hernandez are all a scam. This company has no moral and zero standards. They are 3rd party and are very unprofessional. They have zero capability of running a business. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO NEVER DO BUSIESS WITH DIRECT SOLAR OF AMERICA. When they get panels from China and claim USA made. Please take your business elsewhere. This company is a rip off! If I could give zero stars I would!

Agua Del Sol has the highest rated solar water heaters in the industry so I went with their units. They also have the longest warranty of 12 years so they definitely stand behind their products.

Not happy at all. I have had many issues from informing me of tax situations, to issues with the Mini split Ac, then poor workmanship to blame for nearly catching my house on fire. No worries...I’m mechanically inclined to diagnose issues like this and repair it myself. Forget the follow ups or returning calls or emails! Nice job John Himstreet! Your a real dandy.

We had 'Greg Trail' come out and listened to his presentation. He was quite arrogant. At one point stated, I don't really care whether you do it or not, it's no skin off my bones. A few days later he called to follow up. Upon hearing that we decided to decline the offer. He said You just wasted my time. Obviously we won't be doing business with Impact Energy Solutions. Interesting note: As of today, the office phone number is 'not in service.'
