This company is a total FRAUD! The CEO Jonathan Cohen is Con Artist and Liar. He's a sly talker and will promise to save you money. Once the solar system on your roof, he will Ghost you like you never existed. His associate, Jack Wryghtman is the same. If you happened to come across either one, or Impact Energy, Slam the door, or hang up the phone. The Company they represented, Onpoint Solar (who installed the panels) has washed their hands of this situation (though THEY NEVER DID THE ON BOARDING CALL with me and Impact Energy prior to the install -which would have exposed the fraud). Below is a snipit of what happened. This has been going on since November 2022.

I was working with another solar company, but they kept moving my install date (which was very important to me). Jonathan called with a good game, fast install times, and I can get you everything you have set up with the other company, AND SAVE YOU $13K. Well, after the solar was placed on my roof, the battery system Jonathan and Impact Energy was going to purchase, NEVER HAPPENED. Now I am stuck with a $50,000 paper weight on my roof. I didn't care about feeding SRP to save money on my electric bill, I wanted the battery backup power just in case of a power outage.

I have all the communications to prove the above. Any law firm wanting to hammer people like Jonathan and the fraud they commit, please leave your information.

We had 'Greg Trail' come out and listened to his presentation. He was quite arrogant. At one point stated, I don't really care whether you do it or not, it's no skin off my bones. A few days later he called to follow up. Upon hearing that we decided to decline the offer. He said You just wasted my time. Obviously we won't be doing business with Impact Energy Solutions. Interesting note: As of today, the office phone number is 'not in service.'
