Steve over at Top Quality Plumbing was exceptional. We had a serious problem with an upstairs toilet drain. The building is a little bit old and still had iron pipes. One of the vertical iron pipes in the wall ended up cracking and causing water to spill in through the dry wall downstairs. Steve and his team came by and arranged for a camera to go down the drain to assess the damage. The camera revealed that there was nearly a 7 foot crack in the pipe. His crew was then able to cut out the section of the pipe and replace it with more modern piping entirely alleviating the problem. The final bill was very reasonable and was overall a great experience especially during an unfortunate circumstance. Numerous times since then, we have called Top Quality Plumbing to snake our drains and every time they do a fantastic job. Most recently we needed to install a water line in our garage. Steve and his team was able to tap into the water line from across the building and route copper tubing through the floor into the garage where he installed a faucet. The handy work was very good and they did a great job hiding the tubing and not making it look so obvious. A + on that job as well!

Daniel came and installed a gas line to our grill. Showed up early and did an outstanding job.

Cannot say enough good about my experience with this company from the first phone call in the office to scheduling, to dispatch, to the time it took for them to show. All 5star services. Fair prices for service in SD too. A knowledgeable plumber on-site with his apprentice and both were great, clean, and super quick!! My over flow was leaking into my downstairs neighbors bath. They cut the smallest hole in drywall, showed me the leak, fixed it right away and pulled a clump of hair out of my other tub at no extra cost. No machines used for the hair. I beliveI have found my new go to plumbing company.

I contacted Frankie from seeing his buisness card posted in a Condo Complex Downtown SD. There was a comment left on there that he did excellent work and had reasonable prices. I would agree 100% I called him last minute and he squeezed me in the same day. I was happy with his work and for sure has reasonable prices. Thank you Frankie for saving the day last minute.

I have used Rockstar for multiple jobs for my Air Conditioning. They are very professional. They usually have people that can come out very fast. They are careful in my home. They are also flexible working downtown - hard to find many times because of building requirements and extra hoops to jump through. I would highly recommend them.They have repaired my rooftop unit , cleaned my inside air handler, installed new registers into the existing ducting. tested and replaced thermostat.

If you ever need a RELIABLE, HONEST, FAIR PRICED plumber, these guys are the best in the business. Very responsive. Asked for photos to be texted to get a jump start on the diagnosis and anticipated price of service. Brady is the man. Confident and cool. Explained everything, came back a second time a few hours later when another issue sprang up. No problem. Diagnosed and fixed that as well. Had a helper Jesse who was very polite, cleaned up any little mess created. I can't say enough about these guys because having an old house is a very difficult thing when the plumbing starts to go bad. Can literally go into thousands of dollars to fix simple things if you don't have someone on your side. Oh, Brady's wife runs the business side of things. She is very pleasant on the phone, calls back in a timely manner. She also sends invoices very quickly through email and is a very simple process to pay and receive a receipt for services rendered. Best plumbers I have used anywhere. I have had many rentals and personal homes in CA, AZ, PA and these guys are the best. This is the second time I had to call them for service and has been 100% thumbs up both times.

I applied for a job there and after driving for 1 hour 20min. After I met the owner Marco come to find out he is one of the weakest plumbers I have ever met, he might have the book smart but doesn't know how to plumb and he tried to slave work me with out a lunch for 3 days and then his office tried to classified me as a independent contractor. I'm sure the labor commissioner will have fun with this one
