Mark from Plumbing Innovations is the best person we could find to help fix our water heater. We were getting error code on our heater and we called 5 to 6 different companies who couldn’t figure out the problem. Mark was patient, knew what he was doing and called the water heater company to make sure what has to be done to resolve the issue, worked on it and it did work! Our old sump pump was successfully replaced, and a backup system was set up, thanks to Jeff and the Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services team. Additionally, Jeff told us about a device that might shut off the water flow at the main valve. This equipment is being installed as an extra layer of security. It's comforting to know that everything has been upgraded and skillfully installed using top-notch equipment produced in America. Without a hitch, the installation was completed. Chris (owner) and Alex (plumber) were both helpful in answering questions for me and were very responsive. Alex did great work repairing cracked piping in my shower and installing a new shower mixing valve in a short amount of time and for a reasonable cost.

Right from my initial contact on the phone with Aubry, I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism she projected. Josh was quick to arrive and access our problems and offered multiple options to solve them. An estimate arrived at our e-mail the next morning. An appointment was set and right on time, Dennis and Luis showed up. Dennis took the time to guide me through the work they would be doing and they immediately got to it. Cory and his co-worker(didn't get name) showed up a little later and we had two crews of very hard working, polite, and even funny guys getting water back to wonderful working condition. Hit a snag at one point and Josh was back out immediately to work it through. The owner and or manager of this company should be very proud of their entire staff's performance.
