Promaster Plumbing did a highly professional job on a variety of plumbing issues we had when moving into our new home. They were extremely competent, friendly and obviously want to provide their customers with the best possible experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone in the Coronado area.

A reasonable $150 dollar bid for a simple drain clean turned into a outrageous $400 bill. This was due to nonsense additional charges for using a simple tool and an eight foot ladder. I was satisfied with the service provided but believe they took advantage of the situation I was in. I will never call this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Even though it was a Friday afternoon when I encountered an unexpected plumbing issue, Jersey City Plumbing was able to dispatch an excellent technician within an hour. The problem was resolved expeditiously, professionally, and affordably. The technician, Kenneth, was excellent! He truly understood what he was doing. The technician was on time and completed the shower drain-cleaning job! I am very pleased with the service and I would recommend Victors Sewer and Drain Service to all. Having a service that is available and prompt was very important to me, as I had limited time. My pipes are clear thanks to Victor!

I had a little water leak concealed inside wall. Called various plumbers , and they were either incapable to pinpoint the hole, or excessively reluctant to cut the drywall. Woodruff Water Heat's people came, found the leak, cut the wall, and fixed the harmed pipe. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in time.
