Very kind, patient and informative when first called to report my problem (failing gas tank heater). Quickly provided a cost estimate for the job, very good competitive price. As soon as I reviewed and accepted the estimate, they scheduled a next day appointment. The technicians showed up right on time, did a clean, quick, professional job. The cost was exactly what was estimated, not a penny more. New heater works great. Exemplary service, very highly recommended.

Of all the estimates I got, WHW gave me the lowest price for a 75 gal water heater replacement, the installation was done promptly and the workmanship looks very good. I also appreciate the 2-yr warranty on parts and labor for the installation.

Great price for open box water heater. This was a delivery only. One star down for information in Spanish when charging payment. I did not know I was adding a tip over $100 dollars. But a phone call on site after my request to have it on speaker and in English corrected the problem. I gave a reasonable tip in cash.

I posted this water heater replacement project on yelp, Michael from Water heater warehouse was the first company to respond, he gave me a quote right away on yelp, so I scheduled the replacement with him the next day, I got a text in the morning with an eta for his crew, Steve and Manuel were on time, courteous and professional, they explained everything to me before and after install, the install was very impressive and up to code and only took about an hour and a half, Steve went over the new tank operations and details before leaving. Very clean and professional, highly recommended.

Prompt. Reliable. Trustworthy. They firstly sought to attain parts from the manufacturer warranty to save me money. They did not use scare tactics or try to sell me on something i didn't need.

Our shower was leaking and causing the hard wood floor to swell.
We called water heater warehouse and they sent out their tech Eddie. Our apt time was from 2-4pm, however, he arrived earlier than expected at 1:00pm which is great.

Eddie identified the problem, switched our the cartridge and handle, cleaned up the excess moisture in the wall

Now we no longer have a leak and our shower is working perfectly

Eddie from Water Heater Warehouse came out and serviced two tankless water heaters for us. He was professional, courteous, and fixed an unrelated issue that two plumbers before couldn't figure out. Came right on time. Really reasonably priced. I could not be more pleased with the service and would recommend would reservation

Unfortunately I don’t have a good thing to say about my experience with the company. Their ad says they are experienced with tankless water heaters, but the guys they sent out were not. In the end I had to pay $249.00 and my problem was not solved. I wish I had done more research before I called and had them come out.
After my review posted, a representative from the company contacted me, we discussed my problem and they resolved it to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with their concerns for my satisfaction and their customer service.

Eddie and his colleague from WHW showed up within an hour of my initial call and explained the issue with my water heater quite well. Since it was almost 13 years old, I opted to have it replaced. The entire process took less than two hours as they had a new tank in their van. Very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the work that was done.

I was interested in replacing my existing gas water heater with a new electric heat-pump water heater. The water heater warehouse was the only company I reached out to for a quote who had even heard of a heat pump water heater, and had experience installing them. At a very competitive price as well. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you are in the market for a new water heater. They got me a quote quickly and their installation team showed up on time and did a great job.

Well it would have been great had my water heater showed up on time it didnt show up till the next day at 6_7 @ night thats after texts saying it was on its way being assured it was on its way in a hour very disappointed that I even payed for delivery which as a small business owner I would have waived the delivery charge for compensation of the whole misunderstanding but I was not and I even explained that I took off work to wait for the delivery guy I will not be buying any more water heaters threw this company

While the install went off without a hitch - the after part did not. We had to have an inspection of our HVAC unit (which sits alongside the water heater). The new water heater has a handwritten note on it installed with today's date...and the inspector was like - oh do you want me to sign off on the water heater too? ...I was like ummmmm...we don't have a permit/any paperwork for that. He was like - of course, the water heater needs a permit too! Nothing was ever said by the Water Heater Warehouse. No service was offered. No mention that we needed it. How would a homeowner know this? I called Water Heater Warehouse and sure enough-they confirmed that we need it...that was an extra service. I was under the impression The Water Heater Warehouse was top notch in all categories. Don't think you're finished when they leave... might cause problems later. Don't forget to ask about permits on your own. I wonder how many people have gotten hit when selling?

UPDATE: The morning after I wrote my review - The Water Heater Warehouse reached out to discuss the permit and apologize for not letting us know about it. They said they will start incorporating this in their sales conversations going forward. They took care of pulling the permit and had it signed off within the week. Their professionalism and quick response was unmatched. I have to say - after a long and drawn out remodel - The Water Heater Warehouse has been the most professional team we've worked with. It took a long time for me to get the electrical in place for them to change out my gas water heater for a heat pump unit. They were patient and when I was ready, came quickly. Converted from a 50 gal tank heater to a tankless system. The installers did a great job getting the unit in place and operational. Cleaned up everything before leaving.

I called two plumbers to fix my water heater before having Sergio from The Water Heater Warehouse come to have it finally fixed. The previous plumbers I called all asked me to get the parts from Rheem the manufacturing company because they don't have the parts. Sergio was able to get the parts and fix it quickly on the same day of the appointment! I paid $199 which is half of the price another plumber quoted me. I really appreciate their professional and quick service, and I don't have take cold showers anymore. =)

Chris gave us an excellent bid over the phone and even suggested texting him pictures of our current set-up when I was unsure of accepting a bid given over the phone. He was able to quickly review the pictures and confirm that there was nothing unusual about our setup that should change the bid. I really appreciated this approach. His bid was very competitive, and the work Manny and his colleague did was excellent.

Chris was also the only person I talk to that suggested that they might be able to get our existing hot water recirculating pump working again instead of replacing it. He also gave us a good bid to come back and replace it if they couldn't fix it, but thought it would be worth trying to flush it out after replacing the water heater. After cleaning out the sediment and giving the pump a couple of manual cranks to get it moving again, it worked!

Between the great bid on the water heater replacement, and cleaning rather than replacing our recirculating pump, they saved us a lot of money while doing an excellent job. Everyone involved was friendly and professional, and the installation was quick and clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had 10 plumbers come out over several months prior to contacting Water Heater Warehouse. All of them either said they couldn’t do it. Or didn’t want to do it. Or didn’t call me back because of the size of the job. Said it was too difficult, couldn’t be done … I called water Heater Warehouse at 7:30am, by 3pm they were at my place of business. By 6pm I was on on the freeway leaving my shop with a newly installed water heater. They literally did in 2.5 hours what 10 other plumbers said couldn’t be done. In less than 12 hours after making initial contact my water was installed!!!! Communication and customer service are off the charts amazing … I’m adding a pic I took of the workers. Because they lifted a 30gallon water heater up a ladder and Into the attic like it was nothing . THEY ARE AMAZING!!! If you are thinking of hiring them, stop thinking and do it! After my hot water tank broke down they came out the next day and set me up with a new tankless at a very reasonable price. I feel they went above and beyond in re-piping the garage to move the water heater location. Highly recommended.

I’m very impressed by Steve and Danny. Their work was very professional and they installed additional items such a drip pan, shutoff valves on my recirculation line and hot water line insulation (which I was not expecting) at no additional charge. The finished install was clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The crew came over with the intention to replace what we thought was a dead water heater. The replacement price was a very competitive and fair price. To my surprise, when they arrived they were able to give life back to my old water heater and get it going again in a few minutes. Very quick and professional, these were the perfect people to call to replace my water heater. And the total price was less than I thought I would need to spend!

Water heater went out on me. Sergio came and looked at it and got it going again, but he recommended we replace the gas control and burner assembly. Estimate I received was upwards of 600 bucks. When I called in to the office they determined the water heater was still under warranty. They typed up a document stating which parts I needed so I could file a warranty claim with Rheem. Parts cost me nothing. Only had to pay to have them installed. Manny, the guy that originally installed my water heater in January of 2019, gave me some sound advice for next time. Good looking out. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with these guys.

RESPONSIVE - replies very quickly to your messages, communicated very well with your appointment schedule and when they are in route. I sent a message to the owner via Yelp and Chris called me back within less than 5 minutes; this is even before they opened.

HONEST AND TRANSPARENT - Chris took the time to answer my questions and he asked me questions to help determine the appropriate type of water heater. You can tell the difference between someone who really wants to help you or someone who just wants to sell. Since I liked the customer service experience just by talking to Chris over the phone, we decided to do business with them.

Our technician was Jimmy and his son. Very nice gentleman and sincerely did a good job to ensure we were not only happy but up to code. They spent over 4 hours to swap out the old one for our new Bradford White 40g gas tank and did not rush to get the job done, despite starting at 4pm on a very cold and windy Saturday.

Jimmy even inspected many times to ensure quality work. He took the time to explain to us how to use it and trouble shoot Incase the pilot ran out. I really liked that he was transparent about everything and was thorough.

Definitely will continue to do business with them and recommend them to family/friends. Oh and did I forget to mention that their price is very competitive. I ditched my other quotes because they were charging double the price. That's definitely a huge plus.

Just had my HPWH installed and working with The Water Heater Warehouse was a breeze. The consultation was quick and easy. The pricing was fair and honest. I was not surprised by any changes to what was agreed upon. The service and install was awesome as well. The team came promptly within the appointment window, and installed everything. I'm back with running hot water in under 3 hours.

Just installed my Bradford water heater. Steve Charco and partner did a great job. Parts used look of good quality. Much better parts than Home Depot used for my previous install. Home Depot used a galvanized pipe with my copper pipe plumbing which immediately started corroding soon after. Most plumbers know this should not be done. Steve was done in less than a hour. I drained some of the water the previous day to reduce the wait time hopefully that helped. Thank you Chris for providing such a great company and service. You saved me so much money.

Firstly, their pricing was very reasonable. Their bid of the tankless water heater INCLUDING install by a certified and licensed plumber was lower than some of the other plumbing companies' INSTALLATION ONLY bids! When I was ready to schedule them, they were able to come the next day. Our Installation team of TIto and Danny were great. They were professional and very detailed in their work. Tito took the time to show me how he was planning to run the plumbing/venting and showing me the possible cosmetic result of the plan. He patiently explained all my inquiries during their install. Lastly we tested and vented all the affected faucets to make sure there were no issues. I'm very happy with the whole process and their fair pricing. I would definitely use them again when my other 12 year old tankless water heater fails.

Called because I had a 50 gallon hot water heater go out. They picked up the phone irght away, were courteous and helpful. I was going to replace it with another 50 gallon, but thanks to the rebates available that they told me about I was able to go tankless. The installer was communicative and willing to listen. Despite the pandemic, the holidays and the busy season they were out within 36 hours and did an excellent job on the installation.

Overall the experience was great, from service, responsiveness, politeness, and from the sales person (Michael), to the service rep (Lucy) and great set of technicians to interact with (Luis and Charo-I think?). The only weird thing I saw from the install was the water heater pan and the position of the drain orifice which is facing the back left corner of the heater closet and I can’t access it if I wanted to. Not sure if that can be remedied? Otherwise the install, heater and new fittings look nice and neat in the closet and is performing great.

The installation was scheduled for 8 AM to 10 AM. I received a text telling me that Manny was on the road at 7:20 AM. Manuel is at my door at 8 AM and the installation was done very professionally and completely up to code by 9:20 AM. I have sold plumbing parts and installed water heaters myself in the past and I know quite a bit about plumbing, this install was done very very well. I can highly recommend Manny and Sergio. The pilot lite on my 10 year old water heater wouldn't stay on. I had already replaced the thermocouple but that didn't fix it. I called two companies and this one was the better. The other company wouldn't tell me how much it would cost until they came out and then gave me an inflated quote and said it's better to just buy a new one. But this company was honest and gave me a quote right over the phone for not only the service and parts but also replacement if I needed it. And they had a lot more options for replacement. The only issue I had with them was that they were slow to respond to text messages. It was better to actually call. But every time I talked to someone they were clear and polite. The repair people showed me what the problem was and let me know what future problems to watch out for so that I would know when I needed a new one. I recommend this company and will be using them again when I replace my water heater.

I first contacted them for a tech to see if they could fix my old Nortriz tankless water heater...Mario came out and looked at it and told me that it was well worn and that the heat exchanger was done... I told him I wanted to order a replacement one. I called the office, and Lucy sent a quote out almost immediately. I called her because I wanted clarification of the amount, but understood as she explained everything to me and set up the appointment for the installation. Robert the technician sent me a text prior to coming and gave me an estimated ETA, which was earlier than planned and I appreciated the note. He and Eugene came and greeted me, explained everything they were going to do, gave me an estimated finish time too. They were so efficient and professional and worked like a well oiled machine. They installed my Nortriz tankless water heater to replace the old one that had died. The had to do some more modifications to set it up to code and explained everything to me as a asked lots of questions. They were very neat and quick as they worked and they were just great! It took a couple of hours, which I expected and they took time to explain everything too me, the modifications to the installation compared to how it was prior and any preventative maintenance that I had to do. We chose Water Heater Warehouse to replace our water heater, after researching area installing / service companies, checking ratings & reading individual reviews on multiple sites, and calling them and a couple of other firms. We started this project when the Rice Krispies ('Snap, Crackle & Pop') from our almost 10-year water heater became audible inside the house about a year ago, after almost every time we ran hot water ....... even just rinsing dishes! Busy with work & raising kids, we'd never flushed our water heater, so my first calls were to ask about a service call to flush, and the folks at WHW advised after this long, it would not do any good, but kindly suggested the noise did not mean we had to rush to replace it, saying that if it was still producing ample quantities of hot water and not leaking, we could put it off a bit but should make plans. So we did.

But after the two other most critical appliances in our home failed this month - our washing machine and our refrigerator - from which we lost & had to toss almost $300 worth of food, I decided we must be proactive with replacing our water heater. So i called WHW again and spoke to Lucy, who was both personable and professional in helping confirm the right water heater for our needs at a competitive price, and book a quick scheduling date that meet our needs. The crew was courteous and actually fixed the water heater. Unfortunately, they had to move the washing machine to do it, and did not reconnect it properly. The washing machine cuts off immediately after being started. The crew did not reconnect the washing machine properly. They said if something was wrong with their work, someone would come out again to correct it. I am hoping they will.

Customer service is beyond exceptional with this company. Requested a quote at 11:00p.mm and Chris, the manager shot me back a message in less than 2 minutes. He really takes care of you. Water Heater Warehouse has the most competitive rates. No other company compares. The technician was also very friendly. We ran into an issue having to replace our water pipes because they were so old and had corrosion. Seeing that Water Heater Warehouse does not specialize in plumbing, Chris referred a reputable plumber who was also very reasonable in price and he showed up the next day on Memorial Day! That's how business should be done. Customer first and responsive. My service included replacing my old water heater with a tankless one, and obtaining city permit. Two technicians came in the time frame promised and finished the job in the time promised. Cleaned up the work and took some pictures (the before and after) that were attached to the invoice, which is helpful. Overall, just a pleasant experience with the company and their customer service. Oh, and the price was fair and reasonable after doing some comparison. With the $1500 rebate from Sol Cal Gas, this was definitely worth it.

They came in to replace our water heater. Everything seemed fine at first, then I realized our house water pressure was very weak after. I tried to call in hoping to speak with the technician. The person in the call kept asking me if this was a question or a service. This got pretty annoying because they should be the one that know if this is the service or a question because their employees did the installation. She said a technician would call me back. It has been more than 3 hours. I received nothing, water pressure is still weak.

I did shop around 75 Gallon Bredford white heater which lasted us 18 years wanted to get the same heater they are not cheap but you can't beat their price & service. I received a text to let me know they would be at our home in thirty minutes. The installers were professional, courteous and respectful. The installers had face masks and gloves(Covid at time of this review)The water heater is American made with excellent reviews. I highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse.

I would have given the Water Heater Warehouse a five star review for their very competitive price, easiness for scheduling appointment, convenient text notices and courtesy of the technicians if they didn’t left the gas connection loose. I asked them to double check the gas connection before they left in the morning because I smelled gas. The told me it would disappear in 15 min but the gas smell lasted for the rest of the day for the half side of the house. I had to call Socal gas for an emergency gas leak checkup. The technician showed me how loose the gas line was when she gently pulled back and forth. She tightened up the connection, which fixed the leak.

Eddie came on time and did an excellent job replacing our water heater. He even replaced a sprinkler head that was broken when hauling away our old water heater. Great service at a great price!

My Mother’s water heater broke and needed to be replaced. I got several bids. Water Heater Warehouse not only had the best reviews but also was $1,000 less than Home Depot! When they removed the old water heater, they found that the subfloor was damaged and wouldn’t support a new water heater. They had to leave and come back after I had it repaired. I had to firmly state my expectations of proper pipe securement and the team had to return 2 additional times in the same day.
Also, the installation person did not want to take the time to educate me on the tankless system maintenance. He said 'I could read it in the manual.

Water Heater Warehouse came on the same day I requested an estimate. My 8 year old 40-gal Kenmore was acting up with the 7 blink control module error AND the temp sensor error. I tried fixing it myself by replacing the sensor but nope. So I was facing either a $400 repair bill or just replace the entire heater with a modern tankless. I asked for 4 estimates and Water Heater had the best Yelp reviews AND price. So I signed the contract.

They came the day after for the install. There was some confusion on the extra work I had requested but they made it right and we came to a fair compromise. Eddie was fantastic. It turned out to be a really complicated install cause I was moving gas and water lines from interior to the exterior of the house. Eddie and his partner were right on time at 9am and worked until 9pm!!! I felt so bad for them. But they stayed and made sure everything worked perfectly. Love these guys and will be using and referring them to everyone.

These guys were fantastic! My parent's found a leak in their water heater last night. After doing some research and looking up local places, Water Heater Warehouse had amazing reviews so my father decided to give them a shot. He called this morning around 7:30am (before they opened) and spoke with Chris. He was very professional and courteous, and gave a quote over the phone. They gave an estimated time between 11 and 1 today, and arrived at 11:30 and were done with everything by 1! The quote was exactly what the bill ended up being. My father was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was done and how great Chris and his brother were.

They arrived within the scheduled time. Eddie and Art did a good job with replacing my leaky water heater. They were quick but still detailed. The price was exactly what they quoted me. This company is really on top of everything. From fast quotes, to slick tech in communicating with them, to availability of products, to their knowledge of systems, I've been completely impressed. Spoke with them only a couple of days ago, and via text sent pictures of my old water heater (tank), its location, etc., and I quickly received a firm price competitive bid. That, coupled with amazing reviews, led me to go with them for my new tankless water heater. Installation is clean, tight. I schedule the water heater replacement. Steve, the tech, showed up on time, took a few minutes to explain the job. Steve completed to job in about 21/2 hours and did an excellent, quality job. I would highly recommend WHW for a waterheater replacement.

TL:DR: Very happy with Water Heater Warehouse.

They did the work that three (count them, THREE) other prominent plumbers refused to do. Lucy was phenomenal in helping set up the work order, estimates and answering my questions via phone, text and email. Manny and Arturo were very kind and professional, did the work very fast and clean, heater is working fine, and several old fixtures replaced. They even wore COVID-19 masks to protect myself and my family, a gesture that is very much appreciated.

Oh, and they even signed the water heater, which tells me they are confident in their work.

I have used these folks before but will not so so again. I also have referred at least 4 people to them in the past. No returned calls, guys showed up late with no notice, then darkness while we wait with no hot water. Pricing is and has been fair but service went down hill.

Had them install a tankless water heater as a replacement to my current tank heater. Installers arrived on time and finished in a total of about five hours. They even had an electrician come and setup wiring for the new unit.
