Have used Eco Clean Hawaii to clean my carpet around 3 times now. Raul, has done the cleaning twice now and has always been nice, quick and efficient. He always ask what areas to clean and how to navigate around them, as well as vaccuum up some small spots that I may have missed. Will most likely use them again in the future.

The team at Placentia Plumbing Heating & AC Repairs have been a lifesaver for me! I needed urgent repair work done on my air conditioner, and they sent their technician over within an hour. 0 stars if I could! The skilled technician arrived to our house, spent less than 5 minutes diagnosing the problem. Snapped a photo of our water heater and stated that we needed a new one and that he would report it the home warranty company and then left.
We've had no hot water for over a week now, and the skilled technician never bothered to inform our Home Warranty company about the diagnosis. Had I not followed up with the home warranty company, this guy would have never informed the home warranty company about our issue and we would have kept waiting. The home warrant agent had to literally track him down to get the diagnosis through a social media page!!!! Because he wasn't answering emails nor calls! And when they finally got a hold of them, Plymwr had the audacity to over charge a ridiculous amount to replace our water heater. The home warranty company is ashamed of having this skilled technician represent their company. With all this said, stay the heck away from this company!!!

THANK YOU to M2 Plumbing & Drains LLC! They told me that I did not need to pay $15,000 to fix a leak that two other prominent plumbing companies said was coming from cracks in a pipe under my home. M2 was RIGHT and they fixed the problem for under a few hundred dollars! They even took the time to patiently explain and show me what they were doing in great detail and why the more expensive repair was not necessary. So the next time you check Google reviews for plumbers, don't use the big guys. Call M2!
