Until my last contact I would have rated Pronto Plumbing 5 stars. I have used him for years. Fabian’s response time and service is excellent. However, his last job could have been completed in one visit took two. Even with two visits the cost should have been less than $500 but was over $800. I have referred him to neighbors who were happy with his work, but shocked at his prices. My previous service calls did not have “sticker shock”. Would I call him in an emergency? Not any more!

Watch out. Fabine may not be 100% honest. He gave me a quote but didn't want me to have any details. Look out for mark-ups on parts and hard-selling tactics.

I had a plumbing issue and called Pronto and was amazed at the service I got. Not only were they timely but the price was so reasonable. There were honest and easy to communicate with!
