Undependable! I tried calling four times over the course of two days--never answered. I left two voice mails on separate days, no call back. I wanted their service, but not anymore. A supposed 24/7 company who never picks up the phone is dishonest and unreliable when not speedily returning missed calls and voice mails.

I thought I'd use them for a major water leak in the kitchen because they were helping my downstairs neighbor. Guess what I just leaned? My neighbor even had trouble getting a hold of them (I'm wondering why even recommended these guys if they were that slow with him). Oh well, I'm over it.

My advice: LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I called SERVPRO of Kailua and they answered right away and were ready to come to my home ASSP. That's what I expect from a water mitigation company.

They do good work. Response times can be spotty, but they usually follow through.

I recently had a large leak with the main line coming into my home. I called Bobby B Plumbing he came out that day was on time and within 20 mins he located the leak! He came back the next day and had all the materials he needed to run a new copper line from the city supply to the line entering my home. I would recommend calling Bobby b plumbing if you have any issues big or small in your home. Thanks again Bobby for the professionalism and outstanding pricing!

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

Excellent service. On time friendly and very knowledgeable. Very honest vibes and he even brought his son as apprentice to support. Great guys. My water heater control valve was installed and he fixed a leak by replacing it with brand new part and saved my water heater. Excellent service.

H and H Plumbing has serviced my rental properties and my home many times over the last 2 years. They are always prompt, professional and courteous and do a excellent job every time at a fair price.

On our installation, they were extremely professional and courteous during the entire process and out of 4 quotes from 4 different companies, they were by far the best value. We had one follow up call approx 12 months after installation (clogged drain). We called around 5pm on a Friday and they were at our house by 6:30! Mikael is the best in the business! We wouldn’t think of calling anyone else!

Wonderful company! We have used them a number of times and always been happy with their work and price!

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.
