I need to get my sewer repaired. I called 4 different plumbers that came out and all of them quoted me over 10k. Drain O Rooter was the only business that was reasonable and explained my options. Hope I dont need them again, but if I do I know they do good work at a FAIR price

Prompt service! The electrician was knowledgeable and quickly found the problem, which ended up being a plumbing issue. He took the time to explain how to protect the house from an electrical fire, and really gave me some valuable options to work on. I was impressed with him and his excellent customer service. They reworked a sewer and water line at one of my properties. They are very responsive and certainly know their job.

Do not use this company they do not keep their word. Our yard is a complete mess after an extensive pipe repair to the tune of $7000. They promised to put our yard back together and now after two months will not return our phone calls or text messages.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
