This plumbing company provided me with a very astounding job. The plumber came early and was able to finish the water line repair to my time expectations. He was very keen and friendly throughout. We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

He was great! Actually called me because I was working BEFORE schedule to see if I was ok with him coming before my appointment window. When he arrived he was completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable in diagnosing the intermittent noise issues I had with my oven. He even shared other considerations regarding intake and exhaust vents that were not properly installed or sized by previous homeowners. Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.

I called him back and he tells me that he’s only one person, if I got a better price to call someone else, wasted my time at this time, when I could have been calling others. Attitude is everything specially when running your own business. My work was for a commercial building and it could have been repetitive business, not smart whatsoever.
