Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Scheduled an appt for a tenant between certain hours. No one showed up or called during the set appointment. Called multiple times and was told they would follow up with a tech and call back. Never got any call backs. They have a very weird/unorganized voicemail service. Even got a text saying that they can't talk right now. A single call back would have sufficed with an update.

My plumber from Pacific Discount Plumbing was helpful in recommending toilet options in various price points. He was quick to respond to messages and fast to install. This is my second time working with them and it won't be my last.

Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

I had a leak coming from my garbage disposal and Edwin took great care to try and fix the existing one without having to replace it. After one leak was fixed he discovered a second leak which meant replacing the disposal. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty throughout the whole process. He went and bought a new disposal right away and replaced the unit. He was very transparent, honest and provided me with a receipt for the unit he had to purchase. I would definitely recommend this company!!
