He quoted me $500 to replace a broken sewer pipe that he said would take two hours. It turned out it was only a broken seal and only took 30 minutes. So he gave me $100 off. You decide whether $400 for sewage work is a good value. For me it isn't because the last guy who worked on my sewage system charged me the same amount for 3 hours work. It still smells and he never gave me an invoice. He is a nice guy though.

Ed was the technician that was sent to our house by the company to fix the leak that we had in the kitchen.. He was friendly, explained to us the problem and gave an estimation of the cost and the time of work.. He did an excellent job, and eventually charged less than the estimation.. Thank you..

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Clarence and Jonah were helpful! They came early (which never happens), installed my faucet for less than was estimated, and even sealed my sink to the countertop because I mentioned there was a leak. They went above and beyond! I even recommended them to a coworker the next day.

I’ve called plumber 2 the rescue a few times now and every time they have fixed the problem promptly, been super friendly and done it at a fair price. They are my go to recommendation any time a neighbor asks.

Great Plumber! I have been using Morgan and his company for years and have always found him to be exceptionally fair and very competent. Where many service providers like to finish a job as quickly and painlessly as possible, Morgan goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed correctly and that it will not recur. He takes pride in his work and I appreciate that as a homeowner. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

Scheduled a job with Dion and he booked me a few days out. I took off work so that my problem with a corroded pipe and clogged toilet could get fixed and he delayed me until later in the day to meet with contractors for another job he was working on. No problem. I was understanding of the situation.

The problem was I never heard from him again. No update and no follow up on coming to do the job. Wasted a week of my time when I could have had someone else help me fix the problem who wanted the work. If you couldn’t do the job it would have been more respectful to tell me and not go ghost on me. Be more considerate of people’s time.

Very good work, timely for the most part, courteous, but unfortunately overpriced. The job required approximately 90 min. to complete. I was charged $275 for the job. Parts were approximately $2.50. I was charged the equivalent of $181.67 per hour for labor which equates to a pay rate of $29067.20 per month or $348,806.40 per year. This is a bit excessive even for a plumber. OUTRAGEOUS!

They do free work apparently. I've been calling every week for the last 4 months to get a COI and W9 so we can pay their invoice and they still have yet to send me those documents.

While the plumbing service was Okay, several other things were not. They broke our entry gate , and while admitting they broke it, refused to fix it. Their supervisor, Chris, is one of the most unreliable people I have ever encountered. He frequently did not show up (even when he said almost there. He did not return calls and he was always late. While repairing some pipe, they spilled hot solder on our carpet which will not come out. Again, they are non-responsive. They are also very expensive.

Cory from Rooter Hero plumbing provided excellent trouble shooting and assessment for a tank less water heater installed by another company last year. we had no hot water for a week but with Cory's professional expertise and knowledge we now have hot water...from the initial call to arrival time was excellent approx. 45 minutes...Yes! I would call Rooter Hero plumbing again for any plumbing issue.

Major League Plumbing came out to.fix water drain pipe approx 4 size round to approx. 18; feet long. Mr. Jose work digging to drain was in Master Bathroom. Took 2 days fix, on second day had cement person, came patch up the hold. Here are some pictures of the job and location in Master Bathroom. Very happy they found the water leaks under tiles and slab Flooring. Thank You Personal and Workers on this project.
