I had an issue with my tankless water heater and called victor. He came to my place walk me through what was wrong with my unit. He was very fast and knowledgeable.

Will call him next time my unit needs service or descaling.

I dealt with 2 plumbing companies to clear my slow draining toilet.
They both had to come back and redo it twice without the result.

One company suggested the new $500 toilet and another wanted me to pay for replacing all drains.

Then he property adjusted the settings inside the toilet tank, which other 2 companies failed to do, to make the toilet primed if I got that right.

Do I need to make trenches to replace the sure line?

I discovered that I had no hot water. I attempted to lite the pilot but it would not stay lit. I called for an appointment and was told someone would be out between 8-1 the following day. Later that day I received a call requesting to reschedule it for between 1-5 and I agreed to this. The next day, at 1:45 pm I received a call that the person scheduled to come out was not trained in water heaters and they could send someone out the following day. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and will never do business with them in the future.
