Scheduled an appt for a tenant between certain hours. No one showed up or called during the set appointment. Called multiple times and was told they would follow up with a tech and call back. Never got any call backs. They have a very weird/unorganized voicemail service. Even got a text saying that they can't talk right now. A single call back would have sufficed with an update.

Han Kook Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever used. He is reliable and delivers great service.

We needed a plumber to come out and assist us with a leaky water line. After we had called a couple companies we were able to get a hold of Frank who came out within about two hours of the initial phone call. He was able to explain to us what services that we needed and was able to even get the job done the very same day. He told us why he had a break part of the line and do a full replacement of an old line. Overall we are very happy with the service that they were able to provide from Han kook plumbing
