Absolute air performed the work when they said they would, they were clean and professional and did everything very well. We were extremely pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. We would highly recommend Absolute air! And we used them for seasonal maintenance - a great thought for everyone.

This company ghosted me. At first they were very responsive and came out and gave me a written estimate for work. Pricing seemed high but I needed the work done. I scheduled the work for a few weeks later, and bought the materials that the technician listed out for me on the quote. On the day of the appointment, I got an automated e-mail confirmation, but no one showed up. I called about 20 minutes after the appointment time, and the staff said they would call me back. No one ever called me or followed up after that.

I get that technicians may have things happen and need to reschedule appointments, but communication is absolutely key. You can't just not show up and not call. The staff at the office should have at least called me back to let me know what was going on and whether we could reschedule, but I got absolutely nothing. The company showed no respect for my time at all, and I'm pretty sure if I did this to someone they would charge me.

These guys are great!! My water heater was leaking and went out and he came in a great response time! My carpet was wet and everything but he helped me get a new water heater and helped me vacuum up the water from my carpet! Thank you Anthony!! Truly appreciate it!! If I have another plumbing issue I'll definitely be calling you again!!

I requested a boiler tune up, got a phone quote for 1 hour labor and a trip charge...total of about $210 or close. The tech came and went while I was not present at the home...later... I got a $521.00 bill. $300 of service that I did not approve or request. I emailed the office about how I could get billed for service that I did not approve, and got no response. A simple phone call after the initial assessment would have been quite easy, professional, and the total amount acceptable. Use someone else.

Bizzy Bee is fantastic. They are responsive to requests, timely on their visits and most importantly, their pricing is very competitive and fair.

Good evening everyone. I just want to say it's been a long day for me. Having a plumbing issue it's so stressful, I had a guy who came to get the job done. He couldn't and he still charge $50.00
Then I called Affordable Rooter Services and I told him what problem I was having, said he would come asap and he was just great, so professional and got the job done. I'm a really picky person and when I give a review it's either a good one or a bad one. I would 100% recommend this company. The name Affordable suits it perfect because they are. Thanks..

I'll give them a star for the correct installation of a bidet in my master bathroom but that's all. (backgrounda: this bidet installation is part of another bathroom renovation, where we bundled up some work and have the contractor include this bidet installation as part of the whole package). The date after finishing the installation of said bidet, we noticed scratches on the travertine floor, these are superficial scratches that if you're not looking directly at the floor you'll not notice them. After reporting these to the contractor, he asked me to report it directly to Custom Master Plumbing, which I did promptly. The supervisor, Gerardo, passed the message to the plumber  who gave me a call himself. The call went something like this... I didn't do it, I was wearing knee pads and all my toolboxes are made of plastic. Note: during the bidet installation the plumber was wearing knee pads and yes all their toolboxes were plastic, BUT they had tools directly on the floor and did not use any other protection over the travertine floor; they did use cardboard to protect the wood floor though. No explanation of how we use the bathroom seemed feasible to the plumber: we don't even wear shoes inside the house, we do not have any metallic objects in the bathroom area and most of the time we're either barefoot or wearing socks or slippers. Anyways the contractor then reported that Gerardo the supervisor fully trusts his guys and that Custom Master Plumbing would NOT take any responsibility for the scratches. In total, we have about seven (7) travertine tiles with scratches, all around the bidet and our contractor will try to get these scratches removed. With this kind of attitude towards responsibility, I do not recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Muska! Tom and Scott helped us out in a difficult situation. They were so responsive and professional. When an unexpected challenge was found, they absolutely rose to the challenge and completed the project on time and on budget! Thank you again Muska Plumbing!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

My plumbing at my daughter's house got backed up. Called warranty company and they send out this company to fix the issue. Gentlemen left and same night the bathroom did the same thing. Called the office and told the young lady about that the issue was not resolve. They sent the same guy and when he came he had an attitude saying that he did fixed the problem. He did what he had to do again and left at the night we decided to use the rest room and it backed up again. Called the next day and inform the office that the problem was never resolve and to please do not send the same guy back to the house.The guy showed up today with an attitude and didn't have the tools to check the clean out. We had to call the office to him them tell the guy to get off our property. I will never recommend this company to no one. HORRIBLE SERVICE
