I had a main sewage backup which caused sewage inside my home and on my back patio. Mendez installed a Back Flow Preventer at my home to fix the issue. It was great working with Mendez. He explained the process and his work was very professional. Showed up on time and was ready to complete the task. I will definitely work with Mendez on other projects that may come up.

Honesty and thorough work. You can really tell that Jason cares about his customers. I have found my plumber for all future jobs.

I have been buying faucet parts from them for years. They always have just what I need.

My sewage was backing up into the house, so I frantically started going down the list on google for plumbers in my area. I was getting really nervous when everyone was saying that the soonest they would come out would be Monday unless I’d pay a large fee. The last group I called was 1-Tom-Plumber and they said they’d be out within an hour. Robert showed up, assessed the issue and got to work. Here I am now, about an hour after he showed up, with no issues! Didn’t break the bank either!!! I highly recommend them and him.

Friday morning shower, before a holiday weekend, started with water backing up! When I get out of the shower I see both my tubs with nasty water, and I can't use my toilet either. The first plumber my home warranty calls can't respond till Monday...doesn't work for me...so they contact Ever-Ready. John was at my house within 2 hours, and all was fixed before 5pm. Dispatch was extremly empathetic and kind. John even took off his boots, so not to muddy my home...great customer service, professional repair...Ever-Ready!

Do not count on them for 24/7 service. I called at a little after 1 and it was obvious I woke the man up. He asked me what my issue was I explained and I think he fell back asleep but then he hung up on me.
