Did an incredible job installing a new water heater for me. Was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain features regarding my purchase. Was able to recognize the problem quickly with the old heating unit and was extremely friendly in discussions regarding new unit. I would recommend them to anyone! 5 Stars!

Linda and David Olson are like having a family member who is a plumber. Prompt friendly service and fair pricing. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t use Olson Plumbing.

When I talked to gentleman about a new pipe install, he told me if would be 150 dollar fee for a quote that would take 5-10 mins. If we used them it would come off the bill and if we didn’t then they would keep the money. I told him nicely that I would be passing but thanks for the time. He started laughing loudly into the phone as I hung up. I’ve always supported small businesses but his response was very unprofessional.

Excellent work, horrific scheduling. If they have to come back they'll say tomorrow when we get the part, or another machine.... and it turns into a week or two later. When you call and ask about it they place you at the end of the list.

Watched a Gofourth plumbing truck cut off a truck carrying flammable liquid on 10th street, swerving to miss a car pulling into the Valero on 10th st while weaving in and out until sooner rd. Horrible!

I have used Heartland plumbing for many years. The professionalism and quality of repair is the best I have seen. The reason I am finally making a review is their up most honest. I had a leak from the big freeze recently and they were able to repair it the next day. A few days later I noticed a puddle on the opposite side of my house. I thought it was a additional leak after the pipes thawed out. They came out and identified it as a coupler that came loose and repaired it at no charge. They could have easily told me it was another pipe and I would not had any idea. This is why I will use them again and again.

Only plumber that was able to come out same day. They were done in under 45 minutes

Todd was prompt and very informative thru the entire process. He did a great job getting us operating again in a very timely manner.

Had a toilet get clogged called them up they showed up when they said they would and were very fast. Definitely will call them again if needed and recommend to others.

Had a pretty big leak around hot water tank, he came out to look at it and didn't even attempt to fix anything said we will have to wait til Monday. So either let it flood the house or no water for 3 days WITH KIDS AND A BABY. not cool
