Best Plumbers in Oklahoma City, OK
We have used Green Lion Plumbing a dew times at two different residences over the last 5 years. He has taken care of small issues like a dripping faucet and installed our hot water heater in this new home. The owner is incredibly kind, honest, and communicates the problem, solution, timing and cost expected every step of the way. Most recently our 100 year old house had tree roots invade our pipes, and though it ended up being a more complex problem than we had anticipated, he kept us informed and was diligent in getting the problem solved as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

This company was very efficient and fair in pricing. The workers were very thorough and we appreciated Dakota taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering all of our questions. Very hard working, punctual, and polite. We highly recommend this company.

Hired Jay to help repair a gas fireplace. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and didn’t mind that I asked questions on how to safely operate the fireplace. Will be using Tate Plumbing for other needs as they come!

We had Zane and Josh at our home to complete some work in our kitchen and outdoor spigot. They were both very professional and great to work with. They definitely knew their stuff and provided a few different options for us. Would be happy to utilize them again for any needs we have. Great company overall with great communication and they were very efficient with their time.

I am dissatisfied with the unexpected charge for giving me a free quote. I filled out a form online that advertised click here for a free quote. I filled out the form. A woman with an unclear caller id called immediately and set me up with an appointment this same afternoon. At no time was a charge for said appointment mention. I would not have even known about it if I had not asked Josua to wait while I made sure I received his emai. At that time, I found out at a $49 charge for his quote. And the quote itself was unprofessional. It read like this:
Chimney gas repair pipe in chiney is too long wants to shorten down for fire place grate
550$
Service Call - Service charge
$49.00
A professional plumber will come to your location give you a price to make the repair or installation you need. In some cases there may be additional charges to properly evaluate the situation.

We decided to go with this company because other reviewers said they were “knowledgeable, fair priced, and worked quickly and kindly”. We were so disappointed to not have that experience. They charge a flat rate for someone to come out and tell you what’s wrong. Someone came out, off the bat I knew something wasn’t right. The gentleman did not introduce himself he came in looked around and about 30 min in told me we needed a new part at about $560. He asked if that was ok. I asked him if that would fix the issue and he said “well maybe, unless something else is wrong...”. The gentleman left and came back to switch out the part. As he came in and out of the house he was grumbling to himself and seemed angry and frustrated. He never told me what he was doing. About 3 hours later he came inside and said we needed a new thermostat and that “randomly” the fan on the AC unit just stopped working so we needed a new one... The fan was working 100% before he went outside and did something but then said “I did nothing wrong!” He then wanted us to pay him even though the AC was not working and more things were broken than when he got to our home and he said he couldn’t get the parts until the morning so he could do nothing else that day... we did not pay him as he didn’t fix anything! He unhappily told us someone would call us the next day at 8am. 8am came and went and no one called so we called and specifically asked for someone else to come out. The gentleman who came out the 2nd day was miles better! He was kind and explained things as he went. He explained that the fan and other unit were actually under warranty so we ended up paying for labor but not parts... it was still about $700... they don’t offer itemized receipts so you just get chunks of money for X and Y but no rate information... we are glad it was fixed and the 2nd gentleman was very good but overall I would take my business elsewhere if I need it again. Very disappointing experience.

I have been using Jimbos for all my rentals. This guy is awesome!!
He is patient with kids and pets, he explains things as he works, and he is respectful of property. He manages his time well, and always bids appropriately for the job. His pricing not only competitive, but is always honest as well...he doesn't do any superfluous work, and is willing to discuss the potential outcome of any decision I make before I have to decide.
I recommend Jimbos to everyone because we all deserve to have an honest craftsman in our lives!

No one shows up when they are supposed to. The owner stated that he will come personally and doesn't. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for them to fix our problems

I have had a couple of plumbers out for the same issue and these guys actually found a solution. My washing machine has been overflowing for months. My kitchen sink then started backing up too. They talked me through options and the process. They said that problems may reoccur with the older pipes but that we could explore other solutions should I continue to have issues. Thanks Pipes Plus, I appreciate your honesty and hard work.

Let me begin by saying I would rate this company a Zero Stars if I could. Im normally one that has a wide range of acceptability and would rate 3 to 5 stars if satisfied. This company installed my Plumbing and Heat and Air for a new house I purchased. That said here is my review.
Issue
#1 Plumbing in the house is run in all 3/4 PEX. I have 1 3/4 PEX line that feeds the entire house. I did not notice this when we purchased the house. If you try to run 2 sinks or a shower and an individual sprinkler outside you get a reduction in pressure to where you cant do both. I checked the pressure switch and its set correctly, just low flow through 3/4 PEX.
#2 We have had our shower faucet dripping almost every day we have lived in the house ( 9 Months ) we have called them out im guessing 6 or 7 times and they come out, stretch a spring and say its fixed every time. Now we did have a issue with some dirt and had the well raised but this is the only faucet that has dripped and has had to be serviced like this. We have a trouble call in for the 7th or 8th repair visit in 9 months.
#3 The Air ducts had insulation in them and when the heater would run insulation would blow out and cover our floor and beds with tiny bits of insulation. Very annoying but its gotten better.
#4 The Duct work was not supported very well and fell and popped loose from the register. Causing us to have a hot room and all the lost energy going to heat and cool the attic.
#5 The Heat and Air was installed in December. Any HVAC tech will tell you that you cant properly charge a system in freezing conditions. I had them come out and service my Air Conditioner knowing it was way low on refrigerant. The tech said it appears to be working fine but we will add some more and see how that works out. They added 0.5 pound of R410A. Well, on the 100 degree days it was over 85 in the kitchen and master bedroom. My wife's 91 year old grandma lives with us and we needed it fixed ASAP. I called a reputable company to come out and found that the system was only half charged. He put in 3 more pounds of R410A, checked super heat and subcooling and my house now stays 73 all day, what we have the thermostat set to. My unit requires about 8 pounds of R410A and I only had 4.5 pounds in it. Now, because I had someone else service the A/C they notified me that it voided their warranty.
I hope you get a chance to read this and make the right decision and call someone else. If you are stuck dealing with them, know that you may be treated exactly like I was. The warranty company Pro-Home of Oklahoma is of absolutely no help also. Stay away from Harvest Homes, this company does a lot of their homes.
