Cannot express the amount of satisfaction I have from this company. Customer services is above and beyond, and everyone is kind an courteous. Had them do the jet for my main drain under the house, highly recommended and worth the money. Will continue to do business in the future with them, they're the only plumbers I'll call.

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

Great service!! Nick and Jake updated our shower and fixed the cold water in our half bath. They went above and beyond by being super patient with my kids asking questions and watching them work. Thanks to them we can take showers without using pliers 😆

Unfortunately, since having the work done last year we have not had any of the torrential rains we experienced last year. However, with all the clean outs installed it will be so much easier to find any problems should they occur. The guys that did the work were punctual and professional, not even stopping for much of a break during two long days, some of which required hand digging 3-4 foot deep holes for clean out installation. They also cleaned up at the end of each day.

Gary & Chris were here today and fixed my plumbing problem quickly. Thanks so much!

Extremely disrespectful. Not Covid friendly, even after being asked. Bailed on the job and undoubtedly profiled my landlord, who dropped his entire afternoon to come meet the men and got here quicker then he said he would. The one man made multiple disrespectful statements prior to bailing. I wish I had names. Would give negative stars if possible. Don’t give these people your business.

Very prompt polite and professional! Cody and Matt finished service after Vic became ill. Everyone I dealt with was curtious and eager to get the job done and done right. No extra weekend fee.

Our company has used Reliable several times now. They are always quick to respond and take care of business efficiently and professionally. They answer questions knowledgably and offer recommendations to reduce the likelihood of future problems.

Called yesterday for an emergency service with water leaking into basement. Was told they would arrive in 30min. They never showed up or called.

Total scam. Do not use this Company.
I like to use local, small business when possible. After moving to new home we needed help with a master bath leaky toilet.As I was doing a total house electrical rewire, I called for service. Initial visit left me with diagnosis by Dave of broken , inferior, toilet.... and a flooded bathroom floor and master bedroom carpet. Next day Dave brought me a toilet he passed off as a new, in box , toilet. Paid $550.00 for the service. Totally ripped off installed old , used, toilet instead. I had to replace inferior guts that would not stop running, and clean up new toilet. Only thing I did right ... not replace two toilets.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.

Fails to show up and fix the issue he created, installed a faulty tankless water heater, now I have no hot water and my basement leaks. THANKS GUY. More legal is coming soon, don't worry

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.
