We called for an appointment to have our tub unclogged, to replace a valve to our ice maker and see why our kitchen sink was having hot water problems. Bill and an assisting plumber were out within the hour. They were friendly knowledgeable, and thorough. They discovered 2 corroded valves, one leaking, that we were not aware of. The called the city to gain access to the outside water turnoff. Everything was completed except the faucet, within 3 hours. They cleaned the areas they worked in before they left. We actually bought a faucet after they left and they came back before the end of the same day to install it. It was a tiny work space , making it very difficult to install. He did not raise the price of installation even though it took 3 times longer than normal. Becca, their dispatcher was very good at what she does. She was friendly and efficient. When we called back in the afternoon to schedule the faucet installation, she said she would get him out before the end of the day so we would not have to pay the higher emergency rate on the weekend. We have found a plumber, at last, that we would be more than happy to call again if needed in the future. They earned every penny we paid. Great job guys!

They are extremely punctual and able to get you in for work sometimes the same day! They do great work, do not run up the price on their work and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. They do all the plumbing work on my own home and our rentals! 100% recommended.

EDIT: Well, unfortunately our crock backed up on us again and flooded the floor a bit. I had to call after hours but someone reached out the very next morning. Communication was great and kept us updated about when he would be heading over. He was very professional and efficient! He was able to clear the pipes and for a very reasonable price! We will absolutely stick with this company, we love their work and would highly recommend!

Our crock was starting to have sewage backup and our neighbor referred us to Root Wrestler.They came out the same day and tackled our problem! The price was perfect and they are the sweetest people! Thank you so much for you help!

HMS Warranty recommended him. I called initially left message. He returned my call while I was at work but he was working on a big project and may not have time for me. Im unsure why a warranty company would recommend a place that's too busy for their customers.
