We called for an appointment to have our tub unclogged, to replace a valve to our ice maker and see why our kitchen sink was having hot water problems. Bill and an assisting plumber were out within the hour. They were friendly knowledgeable, and thorough. They discovered 2 corroded valves, one leaking, that we were not aware of. The called the city to gain access to the outside water turnoff. Everything was completed except the faucet, within 3 hours. They cleaned the areas they worked in before they left. We actually bought a faucet after they left and they came back before the end of the same day to install it. It was a tiny work space , making it very difficult to install. He did not raise the price of installation even though it took 3 times longer than normal. Becca, their dispatcher was very good at what she does. She was friendly and efficient. When we called back in the afternoon to schedule the faucet installation, she said she would get him out before the end of the day so we would not have to pay the higher emergency rate on the weekend. We have found a plumber, at last, that we would be more than happy to call again if needed in the future. They earned every penny we paid. Great job guys!

After calling 3 other places who couldn't schedule me as a new customer for at least 2 weeks out with $100+ for on site fee's. When I called Pburg Pluming, Heating & Air Cond. LLC, they not only got me in for a visit same day as a new customer with a 30min call notice, but also had the lowest rates! My handy man's name was Charlie and he was very nice and very patient with me so I could understand what he was working on, what needed done, and what my costs and options were BEFORE he did anything! Originally I called about a clogged sink, but then asked about other work to be done. Kayla was delightful on the phone and she sent out Brandon who was efficient, skillful, friendly and professional.

Nick, Jason, and one other older male from Ott Plumbing came to my home for repairs on two occasions, back-to-back, and displayed exceptional customer service. They explained in great details what repairs were needed, the amount of time allotted to complete the repairs, and provided me with a ruff estimate of how much it may be out of pocket.
