I highly recommend their services! I had Bryan and Charles come out to do an inspection. They came out short notice and were able to determine what the issue was. They were very professional and did high quality work. They wore plastic coverings over their shoes when in our home to keep our floors clean, which was very much appreciated. Great communication with them. They'll be my go to electricians if I need one in the future.

Keith installed 4 can lights in our kitchen. He was very organized in performing the installation, and it was done quickly, professionally, and for his original quoted price. I will contact him for any additional electrical work.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Excel Electrical Services. I had several outlets that were not working and a bad circuit breaker. I spoke to Glen and he showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed all of my issues. He also answered all of my (many) questions and educated me on the wiring of my home. Glen was patient, professional and really knows his business. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of electrical services.

Our experience with Bob and Arlington Electric was extremely positive. Bob was professional from start to finish - and did an excellent job installing recessed LEDs on two floors of our home. We had one hiccup in our communication but I couldn't have been more pleased with how Bob handled it. I highly recommend him and his work.

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

Very thorough inspection followed by very excellent work to repair some faulty wiring to shop lighting over my work area in the garage. It's my tinker station where I do all of my light appliance repairs and handicrafts. After doing a light look over the issue myself it was clear the job was out of my scope of ability so I called the pros. They got me fixed right up with some new better quality wiring from the breaker box right to my work station as well as some update led style lighting and it is GREAT. Glad I went with the suggestion for the longer light bar as it give me full coverage from corner to corner on my desktop. Much appreciated!

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

We’ve used this company to install recessed can lights and dimmer switches and they did a great job. Also, I called to see if they could come out and help me with my jetted tub and they were extremely nice and talked me through resetting the power switch over the phone.

Our tech did a quality job installing a very large lighted fan in our vaulted ceiling! He was on time, courteous, speedy and very skilled for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Randy and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. They took the time to make sure i understood all options since the install was more complex first thought.

They were fair with the pricing and both friendly and professional. We had to do a bit of sweeping insulation afterwards but would recommend and use them again.

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.
