Excellent service and price! The scheduling process was very easy and Amy was able to provide an estimate over the phone to install electric and ceiling fan. Matt arrived on time and was professional and quick with the installation. I could not be more pleased with my experience with The Electric Connection and highly recommend them!

I was totally pleased with my experience today. Amy did a fantastic job with the scheduling and captured everything I needed done. Kevin and Leigh did an amazing job onsite. I tried another electrician earlier this summer. It was NOT a good experience (cost was outrageous). I will use The Electric Connection again and I will ask specifically for Kevin and Leigh.

I had them do one job that I was happy with, but had a very frustrating experience on a second job. I asked for an approximate cost for a simple job - didn't get an official estimate, but they assured me it was a job they've done a lot, so I assumed the cost would be accurate. I confirmed the approximate cost with the technician before they started working, and it lined up with what they had initially told me. The job went fine (i.e., didn't take any longer than they estimated), but it ended up being almost twice the cost. The technician (Asad) said he had just forgotten what their hourly labor rate was, and after multiple phone calls to the scheduler (Wayne), I was told there was nothing they could do.

Trustworthiness is important with jobs like this, and unfortunately this experience does not speak highly of theirs.

I needed a main breaker replaced and they were quick to respond and get the job done! Jeff, Leigh, and Bobby were respectful, helpful, and friendly.

I was blown away by the entire experience with Asad and Mike! They were on time, super friendly and COVID conscious. Asad explained everything in detail and walked me through every step of the process as he was going through it. He even explained basic electrical knowledge that was very helpful to understand for any future electrical work. They cleaned up after themselves and tested all the work. They were patient and very thorough.

I was dreading having this work done, but they totally made it a great experience. The only feedback I would have is on the front-end of getting a quote/scheduling. I never received any formal quote or a statement of work and they completely didn't respond to my email when I was requesting a quote. My advice is to just call and be as direct with what you want done as possible. I would recommend them for any work!

Excellent service from the office staff to our electrician, Kevin. Highly professional, reliable and skilled. Kevin provided valuable guidance and even offered to pick up our chandelier from a local repair shop and bring it to our home to be installed in order to make it easier for us. they would not assist me at all. I wanted them to come out and upgrade my whole electric to get it away from using know and tube and they would not come out to upgrade my electric. refused to assist me at all. I don't want know and tub and want safe upgraded electrical for myself and my two kids and he refused to assist! what electrical company would refused to help with electrical problems to help make a house safer for a family! I wouldn't recommend this company to any one! if you want to keep your family safe choose a different company!

Needed a checkup and maintenance on the generator for my recently purchased home. Turns out they were the company that put in the generator for the previous homeowner and I was able to take advantage of a maintenance credit the previous owner had not consumed which saved me a lot of money. Extremely happy with the service that Josh performed. He took the time to walk me through the system and the expectations of how it should work... One less thing to worry about in a new home. The Electric Connection Technician arrived on time and was very polite. He performed his job in a timely manner. He was able to answer my questions satisfactorily without deviation from his work. If I should have any issues with my Generac Home Standby Generator , I will definitely contact your company. Good job Justin! See you next year.....

As of today’s date they are a contractor of Wayne homes… and they are failing to do the basic… I paid extra for 400 amp service they tried to give me a 200 amp and a 60 amp disconnect on the side… after a small interaction they did put in two 200amp pals… bit it was not what paid for… then they made a simple mistake and did not wire my ceiling fan do there wire which they said they would… but they did say they would fix…. But then out of the blue they want to charge me for septic clts…. I feel it is to try and make up money for this screw ups…. And Chad with electric connection was fleeing his employees that because I had electrical experience I would try and tell them how to do job… I just want what’s right

Extremely satisfied with the work performed by Kevin W of The Electric Connection! Upgraded and replaced two exterior outlets and reattached the Westerville Utilities electric meter to the house. Person I was working with on a quote (Wayne) was extremely rude. I was asking for a quote to retrofit fixtures to LED and each time I spoke with him he grew increasingly upset until he literally hung up the phone on me. I would recommend going elsewhere if you are looking to get an LED project done in the Columbus area. Not sure what I did to warrant such disrespectful behavior but if they treated me this way, I'm assuming they do the same for other customers.

I live in Kettering, this company has been fantastic from when the first installation to annual maintenance. They call ahead and comfort dates and time. Cannot say strong enough how great they have always been.

We’ve used this company to install recessed can lights and dimmer switches and they did a great job. Also, I called to see if they could come out and help me with my jetted tub and they were extremely nice and talked me through resetting the power switch over the phone.

Called for a relative, a senior, who was in immediate need of electrical help. Her electrician was 3 days off in the future. Electric Connection was on spot, solved the problem and even was able to correct some minor problems while on site. They were professional, reliable and so very helpful. After weeks of dealing with this company the insurance company asked for an itemized estimate instead of a letter. This company refused and told me to find someone else to do the job. I will never recommend anyone to them.
