Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.

I needed to find a reputable electrician ASAP, as the receptacle for my pool pump lost power. According to the weather forecast, temperatures will be in the 90s for the next several days. Without a functioning pump in this extreme heat, my pool would become an algae-ridden cess pool, and a mosquito magnet.

I decided to reach out to the Google Pros with the highest ratings. One of the vendors (who didn’t send me to voicemail) had no openings until Saturday (today is Wednesday).

Then I hit the jackpot when I called Cat Electric! The owner answered while he was on another service call, and said he can stop by when he’s finished.

He was very courteous, professional, and resolved the issue within minutes! I’ll never waste time looking for another electrician - Donny is the best!!!

The Inheritance Group has helped us hook up an electrical panel for a park that we installed, they have installed uplights for flagpoles (some of which were encased in a poured concrete patio), and have run electrical hard lines for a number of residential clients of ours. This is a National Apprenticeship School for non-union, merit based, workers to learn to be a Qualified Journeyman Electrician. Amazing school with amazing opportunities.

Never have I ever seen response time like this. Freak accident, we blew a fuse, couldn’t get circuit breaker to turn back on, CARE came over in 15-20 minutes on a Saturday after 8 PM! They did it all! Fixed it within seconds, I couldn’t believe it and even setup our washer and dryer! Will ONLY go here from now on.

I called the local “big three” companies and they either no show or had a 3 week wait. While driving home I saw a van in traffic advertising “Undefined Heights Electric” I called the number and they were at my home the next day!! Very professional, thorough, and timely. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work… I will only use them for all my electrical work. I highly recommend them for your projects big and or small.

If I could give 0 stars maybe even negative stars I would. They were the electricians wiring our new house under construction. They are holding up the process. The Owner of this business NEVER returns calls for 6-8 weeks They have been contacted to finish the job at our house. There are 3 outlets they forgot to install. When our builder calls them they say we will send someone tomorrow. Then NO ONE shows. My husband has called but phone calls are not returned this has been Going on for 8 weeks. If you want someone responsible reliable & truthful then this is not the company to use.

Management issues. #avoid

Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!

We have had nick out to our house 3 times. He has rewired our electrical box and put up fans and lights. He dose it all. We will be calling him with our next project soon.
