We called Mr. Electric to check a wire to a new water heater. The plumber that installed the water heater told us the ground wire that was to be used had a current in it and to call an electrician to correct the issue. Mr. Electric came out and told us it was no big deal and for $360 he could simply hook it up. Also needed interior lights installed and would install them $160 per fixture, not by the hour. $1300 quote for something a local handyman can do for 1/10 the cost. Other local electricians all say RotoWorks/Mr Electric are scammers and crooks. Would not recommend using them.

I would absolutely use KAP Electric again for any of my electrical needs. They installed a large ceiling fan in a new location on a vaulted ceiling in our living room. The job was done at a reasonable price, and in a professional manner as stated in their estimate. They were friendly, on time, organized, and performed the work in a timely manner.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing. I called today regarding our foyer light. It was not working. Hooked up to same switch as upstairs lights that were working. Ended up being a loose wire in one of upstairs lights causing issue downstairs. He was quick and fit me in this morning. Reasonable price! He even fixed a cracked plate upstairs. I would highly recommend this company!

Bob took out 2 very old light fixtures in our bathroom. He converted one to a light/fan combo and moved the other from the ceiling to the wall. They both look great and will be the perfect addition to our bathroom remodel. He was professional and prompt, easy to communicate with and gave honest advice and feedback on what he thought would be the best course of action for the electrical work. I would highly recommend Bob for any electrical work needs!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

100% satisfied with my decision to hire Edison Electricians to install new fixtures in our vaulted ceiling in our living room/lounge area. One part of our ceiling offers small and awkward working quarters but they had no issue with that at all, working quickly and efficiently to get the work done. The job was done faster than I thought it would be and their quotes were better than the other two area companies I contacted for bids. Very pleased and I recommend this fantastic company to anyone in the area needing lighting installation services.

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

After weeks of dealing with this company the insurance company asked for an itemized estimate instead of a letter. This company refused and told me to find someone else to do the job. I will never recommend anyone to them.

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Waited all day for an appointment we had scheduled a month prior and they never showed. Called and they were rude saying that they're running late, and still no call no show. ?

They always do a good job for us and when something doesn't get finished or get finished properly, they fix it- and they are honest about it.

They were great. Came in found the problem, fixed it in less than an hour!
