Refuses to provide insurance for work. Called them out on it, and they said I need to send a check first. Obviously I said no - like car insurance, plumbing insurance is a MUST.

The boiler they worked on stopped working. Asked for visit/maintenance, and they claimed they no longer do work for me because I didn't send the check.

Told them the plumbing problem and with dedicated detail they accurately expressed why this was occuring. I was Impressed by this knowledge btw & go figure. Master plumber NYC. Drain plumber NYC. Pro vs Joe. Super arrived on time identified the problem fast, the plumbing pipes behind the walls and my toilet were clogged so badly, that the building water needed to be shut down. The toilet had to be dissembled off the floor and removed, they sent a steel wired machine 65ft behind the walls down the plumbing pipe, cleared this nasty obstruction in the toilet line & reset the toilet again. Hard job nothing simple about this. Roto rooter. Told me $1,249.00. Super charged $400 less cannot beat the savings or the expert service. If you're like me and require a pro. Plumbing Company NYC.
