I came upon HBNY Plumbing & Heating's website on Google after the plumbing company I had an appointment with today cancelled for the second time. I spoke with Harry personally and he gave me an appointment for this evening. He came on time and he explained everything about the new Local 152 inspections.
He explained the report he would be filing and gave me pointers on what I can do to protect my gas lines.
The fact that he made an appointment the same day I called, the price was reasonable, he was on time, and explained everything, made me feel more at ease with the process.

NYC Emergency Plumber & Sewer arrived, found the obstruction in my floor drain, and scoped the pipes to check that everything was in working condition. They were wonderful to work with and quite professional. They are excellent, and I would employ them again.

Our pipes backed up in the basement. I called them at about noon and they we're at my house in an hour. They we're courteous, explained everything, and fixed the pipes pronto. The total cost of the job was $212 and it took them about 20 minutes to do it. Would most definitely use them again!

I was dreading calling the plumber when my kitchen sink and master bathroom shower drain backed up over the weekend. I was really, really pleased with Super Sewer Man. Dave was incredibly helpful arranging to have one of his plumbers come on a Sunday evening (keeping me updated throughout the afternoon re: progress on the previous job and updating ETA). His plumber quickly cleared the shower drain and was persistent and tried a number of things to clear the sink drain but needs to come back tomorrow evening with a longer snake.
