Dov responded to my service call quickly, came within hours. We agreed on his assessment visit charge. Nothing was wrong with the tank and Dov turned my water heater back on. 5 star review because they called back after the work was done to adjust payment. I was lucky to have found these guys.

Very professional and extremely timely. My plumber arrived same day and was super nice and considerate of my home. Dov was very straightforward and sent me a few different quotes, all from sending him a few pictures and describing the problem, that were each a different level of service. I would definitely use them again.

Dov worked with our timeline to help with gas dryer. When it became clear we didn’t need as much work there as originally anticipated, he allowed us to use the amount already paid to do a different service instead. The plumber he sent out was respectful of our house and keeping it clean.

Worked with Don Sewer to reattach a wobbly bathroom sink cabinet to the wall. They were responsive in sending me a quote and scheduling the appointment, arrived when they said they would, finished the task quickly and did not leave a mess.

DOV Plumbing is an honest and professional company. I had them fix a running toilet and a dripping bathroom faucet. The plumber was polite, and did good and clean work. He had to leave to buy a part from a plumbing supply, and came back promptly. I also appreciate that I got a 2-year guarantee for the work performed, so I feel confident that I won’t have the same problem again in a few months.

This guy could not fix our building sewer clog. Convinced my neighbor that my apartment was the cause of the blockage which definitely was not the cause of this - I won't go into details .The next excuse was sanitary napkins from other apartments, etc which it was not the cause either. Charged our building thousands and wanted to charge more to come back. When we finally dismissed his services that night, another company came after he left and removed the building clog to the main sewer line. I was told that this other company was professional and only charged us a few hundred dollars (not a few thousand). and we have been clog free ever since. Maybe Dov is good for little issues - I do not know but he caused me much stress by blaming people. Get everything in writing.

Excellent start to finish - easy and quick to schedule, they arrived on time this morning (a little early even), assessed, made recommendation (for new toilet) which we accepted and they switched out the old toilet for the new the same afternoon. And even tidied the bathroom. Professional and efficient - will hire again.

I called a few services for quotes. Dov was quickest in getting back with an itemized quote. His prices were competitive. He arrived the next day and was quick and professional, even making sure to clean up after the fact. As a homeowner, I've dealt with my fair share of plumbers. It is honestly the first time I can say No complaints! Will definitely contract them again!

After unsuccessfully trying to use a snake to unclog my bathroom sink myself, I called Dov, and he came the next day with a helper. The problem was not that simple and they had to open the wall in the next room to access the other pipes. Communication was excellent throughout, and they solved the problem. The extra work caused the price to exceed the estimate by about 75%, but I expected this, so I am very happy with the work.

While out of town, we had a water source pipe break in our basement. Dov gave a competent quote over the phone and came to the house while we were away. He repaired the problem leak with the hot water source pipe and then did the sensible thing and replaced the cold water source pipe as a protective measure since both pipes are the same age. Reliable and trustworthy work. We will be contacting him for future work. Thanks!

Doc and his team were efficient and fairly priced. They came the same day and replaced two water heaters within hours.

I had the misfortune of getting a leaky toilet on a Saturday night, I reached out and left a message to the owner asking for a quote. Sunday morning, before I was even awake, the owner had reached out and asked for photo and video of the leak so that he could provide an accurate estimate. I provided the requested items and the owner was able to provide a quick quote, and schedule a technician to come out within 3-4 hours.

The technician arrived at the beginning of the appointment window (thanks!) after giving me a 20 minute heads up phone call. Came in, wearing a mask d/t COVID, put on little footies to keep my floor clean, and was able to fix the leak within a few minutes, had the right part with him in the bag. Polite technician, quick on the job, nice person. After the technician left I noticed that there was still a minimal amount of leakage from a different area of the toilet mechanism (flushometer), and texted the owner. Without hesitation the owner promised to send the technician back after his next appointment, and would remedy the issue. Plumber came back a few hours later, fixed the problem in a few seconds.

Overall I'm very happy with the service, polite and professional. The estimate is on the high range (but not higher than all others I had tried), but the reviews sold this company for me, and even though like I said, it was a bit higher, I feel the professionalism and quality of the work speaks for itself. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Dov was great, responsive, efficient, courteous. He communicated clearly what costs were up front and what he was going to do. When it turned out that the drip was coming from both valves after he had left I texted and he said he’d come back later that evening. He called on his way and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Even followed up the next morning to be sure everything was ok. I highly recommend.

He has been my go-to plumber for years, and handled a wide variety of projects for me - including clearing drain blockages, connecting new water / gas lines, installing new water heaters, etc. He's consistently professional and trustworthy, always quick to respond, show up, and complete the project in a timely manner. He communicates clearly when giving diagnosis on the issue and advice on how to prevent the issue from recurring in the future.

This guy left my bathroom covered in sewage. He then told me he couldn't fix it, charged me $1000 and left. The next guy fixed it in 30 minutes for $600
