Our pipe burst, as have many others in the neighborhood. Last Wednesday, I called West New York Plumbing & Heating, and the following morning a repairman was at my house. What a fantastic guy Thomas turned out to be! In fewer than thirty minutes, he located the problem and fixed it. That same day, he worked on four other homes on my block. I felt confident in work done after he had professionally answered all my questions. They are fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about them.

Charming people! Thomas came out on a freezing night during the recent widespread blackout to fix a leaky water pipe. Even though they were already quite busy, they squeezed my wife and me between appointments. As an employer, West New York Plumbing & Heating look out for its workers and their families. My old plumber has retired, and I've replaced him!!

The next day, on icy roads, they arrived to fix the pipe so we could have water again. Thomas, the technician who came to my house, was prompt, polite, and well-informed. It's impossible to find a reliable plumber these days but when my slop sink in the basement backed up from the dishwasher, I knew I needed to have someone look at it fast. I called them at 8:00 PM and they arrived by 10:00 AM the next morning. The service was great and the price was very affordable.

I can not speak more highly of this company. I called them to replace a 14 year old hot water tank. They showed up the very next day and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. The job was done 3 days later. They are quick, efficient and priced really well!

A clogged toilet right before your New Years Eve guests are about to show up is pretty horrible. CBJ Plumbers came out at 4pm on New Years Eve and saved the party!
