We had a leaky toilet, booked an appointment online the tech came the following day and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

Job was professionally done, however the cost was astronomical. If I had the time, I would have shopped this job for a more reasonable price which I did receive hours later from another company. One star less due to the cost!!

We have used these guys twice since moving into our home last year, and both times, we were so impressed with their professional and helpful service.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! Ben did a fantastic job replacing my faucet and fixing the leak in the water shut off. He gave multiple options to lower the price I would pay and explained the options to me. He was very friendly towards me and my dogs and as a woman alone with this guy I never met I felt very safe and comfortable having him in my house. United has been wonderful to work with overall in the series of drain issues my new home has had and I will be using them only going forward.

We called other companies at first to give us estimates for our bathtub faucet that was leaking. They didnt even check for leaks and wanted to rebuilt our whole system. We did a whole stem set 3 years prior and felt it was repairable. Alan was knowledgeable and did repairs on our faucets as needed. A+ work and reasonable rates!

They installed a water pressure pump in my apartment and wouldn't come to service it . Said it would take a couple of weeks when I asked for someone competent.
