I have just had a very pleasant experience with MC Plumbing. I called for emergency service on my water heater. They came almost immediately, and the new water heater was installed and all taken care of within about two hours ! It couldn't have been better service. And reasonably priced, as well.

Jonathan came out and helped us with a drain clog. A local flooring company dumped tile into our drain and Jonathan hydro-jetted the problem out very quickly. He was very polite and helpful!
EDIT: we really needed the camera photos/video of the tile in our drain and these were unable to be sent to us. I have to remove 1 star because of this unfortunately.

If you’re looking for a plumber look no further! AMAZING!! They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any job. I will never use another company.

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.

We were out of town, a Sunday night at 4pm, when our neighbor noticed our flooded kitchen and a huge leak from Our RO unit. Burst pipe. While on the phone with her, I called Sunny plumber. They quickly changed their schedule-and go someone out for us within the hour. TONY the technician was awesome. He fixed everything within 2hrs. Went above and beyond to make it look great.
In an emergency situation, most companies would try to gouge what they could. It was after 7pm when he was finished on a Sunday, but this company was fair, honest, quick and really helpful.

I am a member of their club, I was going to cancel -but being a member saved us at least $350 on this emergency job and got them to act quickly.

Can you find “cheaper” places —possibly. But to find excellent quality and amazing customer service for quickness like that-especially in an emergency—it’s rare.

I trust Sunny for all our plumbing needs and I’m so grateful for the Customer Service agent for finding a plumber quickly and for TONY taking his Sunday to save our house and go way above and beyond to make it perfect again.

My shower drain was backed up, and I tried drano and my own snake. Called Dave and he came by within a hour and cleared it in 15 mins. Thanks again

Literally best and most truth worthy in Las Vegas. They showed up on 9/10/21. And finished installing, repairing, and replacing everything in less that 2 hours. 2 showers, 3 faucets, some leak damage, and piping all fixed! Amazing service!! Highly Recommend!! Name of Reviewer: Josh

Our PURE PLUMBING representative Travis was polite, personable and a great plumber. He was on time, wore shoe covers, explained what was going on, took care of the problem leak, and when finished he said I would like to be your plumber from now on. How cool is that!

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Had a shower installation done, and they did a fantastic job. The technicians were skilled, and the shower looks beautiful.

The serviceman was friendly, knew what he was doing, and did a good job. After he worked quickly and well, it only took a few minutes for my garbage sink to start working again. People tell this plumbing company a lot of good things about how they fix garbage disposals.

I usually don’t write a review but considering the awful service this company offers I just had to, please if your gonna file a claim with American home shield most likely they are going to send this company out to your home don’t accept then request someone else these people have no knowledge of what they are doing, do yourself a favor and call Elliot’s pluming they’ll come out and get you going in no time but this dockside pluming never again, they said they couldn’t unclog the bathroom and to call someone else, what a joke and they are a pluming company lol

So I love and own my own mobile home in Cabana MH park. I get up at 4am for work and come home at 4pm. I get home and am relaxing. Then use the toilet and find I have no water. I go outside in the dark and there’s a bag of tools sitting by my water shut off. I walk around the house and find a service truck parked in front of my driveway. I ask him what is he doing since I own the home. He says he was told to replace the water line. I ask him the obvious question, “don’t you let the owner of the home know that you’re shutting off their water?”. His response was that they told him it needed to be fixed.
Just an FYI. Worked fine for the last 4 years, only needed a handle and to be wrapped for winter. So here it is at 6pm, no water in my home and he shows absolutely no concern or compassion for the situation he put me in.
I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it. I can only imagine how he’d act if it was an emergency.
