Best Plumbers in Henderson, NV

I was worried when I saw the AHS-related reviews that we would get some sort of run around but so far this company has provided excellent service. They repaired the air gap that was spurting water when we ran the dishwasher and they fixed a faucet that was not quite right. We are waiting for them to install a new faucet in our bar sink as well. So far so good and I liked the plumber, Curtis, who has been handling our case. He has done a good job with what he has fixed so far. Hopefully the rest of the repair goes off without a hitch! We will definitely call this company when we ditch the AHS policy.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Two days ago, on a Sunday, our 50 gallon water heater busted and water was pouring out into the garage. I immediately called my home warranty company, and advised their answering service that I needed a plumber to respond ASAP to replace the unit. I was told to call back on Monday -- they open at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time. That was no help whatsoever. I remembered that Hawthorne had replaced a water heater for me about 10 years ago, so I called them, and they dispatched a plumber shortly thereafter (not sure if it is okay to give the plumber's name, but he was awesome). He assessed the situation and explained what we needed, but knew that we wanted to wait to hear from our warranty company, hoping that our insurance would cover the cost. On Monday, our warranty company said they would not do the work, because the water heater was still under warranty. That makes no sense to me. So, I called Hawthorne right after and requested the awesome plumber to replace the unit, which he did within a few hours. Happy to report that Hawthorne came to our rescue, plumber was very efficient, in replacing the unit, and we now have hot water. I highly recommend this company!

702 Plumbing LLC installed a water treatment system at my house .The technician that was sent for the installation was Danny Valdivia.He did a fantastic job on the matter.I found a slight variance on the installation that put a very low pressure on the shower in one of my bathrooms.
I called the company about the situation and Danny came back the next day to fix the problem.He did another excellent repair on the problem.He is very knowledgeable,courteous and patient on the job.
I would recommend the company with 5 star rating to anyone that needs a plumber.

I had just moved into a new home and had a problem with my shower. Danny squeezed me into his schedule when I told him I couldnt use the shower in my master. He came and fixed it with ease, was super professional, on time, very nice and affordable! Would def recommend him and will use him for future work!

Requested an estimate on adding additional sink to master bathroom. An older man came over to take a look and I assume give me a estimate. However, no one ever called me back. Unreal!

So personal and friendly! I will never use anyone else!!!! Highly recommended

Their driver was trying to drive me off the road, riding my @$$ and slamming on his horn flipping me off , wouldn’t recommend a business with people like this I called informed the person but doubt they will do anything

Very disappointed with this business. I set up an emergency appointment a day in advanced and they said would be out to my location with in 24 hours. They let me know they would come to my house the next morning between 8am-12pm. After that time slot passed, I called the business and they said I was next on the list. After another 4 hours , I called back since no one had showed up, they still said I was next. After 13 hours of waiting for someone to respond and no one showing up, I was DONE. This business strung me along all day saying they would come and never showed up! Thank you to Yes Plumbing for actually following through within 2 hours of making an appointment. Climate control will waste your time and string you along. Do not bother with this business. Very disappointing and customer service was terrible.
