Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

This tech from Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc was the representative this time. He worked tirelessly to clear a drain in a quirky old house kitchen and even scrubbed the sink while he ran the water to see if everything was working! I recommend what he did.

I've hired Tittle plumbing twice now and he was excellent both times. First I had a tankless hot water heater installed and love the on demand unlimited hot water. Second was a small job of a leaking hose under the kitchen sink. I don't hesitate to recommend him toy family and friends.

After seeing unusually high water bills at my house for 3 months during winter (usage as high as my bills in the heat of summer) I looked for all the usual suspects for leaks (pool, sprinkler heads, toilets, faucets) and couldn't find any obvious problems. I came to the conclusion that I had a leak in the main water line from the meter to my house. Matt came out and within minutes diagnosed that my problem was with one of my irrigation control boxes. Sure enough the control box in the backyard was flooded and was the cause of my water leak. That honest assessment of the problem turned what I thought would require a major repair into a simple trip to Home Depot to fix. Matt was honest and if I have any other problems in the future that requires his expertise I will be sure to call him first.

We had been experiencing intermittent troubles with our hot water. Another plumber came the day before and stayed about 7 minutes and said nothing was wrong. We called Ideal and they sent someone out that night. Dwayne was our service person and he listened and spent time diagnosing the problem. He came back Sunday and installed our new water heater. He was efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. I would definitely recommend him and this company. Thanks, Dwayne , and we LOVE the hot water!!!

Wow, great company and service. Called because kitchen sink was clogged and they had someone to my house within 30 minutes. Tech was very professional and did excellent work. Highly recommended!!!!

I called Monday April 8th in the early afternoon. The man that answered name was Shane. He said he would be over to my moms house on Tuesday at April 9th at 12:30 pm NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED. Bad business would not recommend. Wasted day!

home owner called me because Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing did not show up for the appointment today between 12pm-2pm. I called Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing and they said the reason they didn't show up was because the water heater hadn't arrived from Lowe's, but never called me or the home owner to update us. They said they will call the home owner once the water heater arrives. The home owner gave them a call too, to inquire when the water heater would arrive if not today, and they told her to call Lowe's to check when she does not have an order number as she did not purchase the water heater, Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing did.I had made payment for the water heater and install last week on Wednesday and when i called today they asked for a deposit when i had stated I had already made payment with a credit card over the phone last week. Never received an invoice when i asked the gentleman who took my call and my payment to send one over, and I gave him my email.

I just want to say THANKS to Silver Star Pluming for taking their time to help me.
