Absolute rip off artists! I sent a request in to have leak detection done from meter box to PRV in garage to find my main leak. (I had already diagnosed a main leak on my own). They sent a salesman out and all he did was verify the exact same area of potential leak and then hit me with cost for replacement of the entire line through them. $49.99 charge when I have a list of 10 other companies that we're willing to come out for free and do the same. Hydrojet pros made it seem like they were going to pinpoint the leak. Don't use them! I basically paid $49 to have someone agree with me ha!

My HOA contracted Cassaro Plumbling because of its good business practices. I beg to differ based on my personal experience.

I have a 1st floor condo. On Monday my bath ceiling was leaking. I notified my upstairs neighbor (condo). Together we notified our HOA, and the HOA told my neighbor what to do. The HOA refered Cassaro Plumbing to resolve my bath ceiling issue. Tuesday we contacted this company for an appointment. Cassaro set it for. 2-28-19 between 12pm & 2pm. Thursday after 3pm they had the nerve to want to reschedule my neighbor and I far 4 day-away
appointment.

My neighbor and I had to contact our HOA TO DISCUSS CASSARO’s DISCONSIDERATION:
*MY MOTHERS TIME OFF OF WORK TO WAIT FOR CASSARO TO DO A JOB THAT THEY WANTED TO POSTPONE
*MY NEIGHBOR’S HUSBAND’S TIME OFF OF WORK WAITING FOR THIS COMPANY TO SHOW UP.
*CASSARO CALLED AT 3:30PM TO WANT RESCHEDULE FOR MONDAY, 4 DAYS LATER.

Thanks to our immediate complaints to the HOA about this company, we got an appointment for 3-2-19.

They were quick to respond. Jeremy came out and told us in detail what needed to be done. Gave us a quote and told us it would be a 3 day job. Very professional company! I had them come out to replace my main water line. They were very responsive and got back fast to schedule the initial appointment to see what needs to be done and the work appointment. The day of actually changing out the pipe they arrived right on time. Everyone was professional and friendly. The job was completed successfully. The work area was cleaned up well and after they left you could not even tell the front yard had been dug up! Would definitely recommend them!

Red Carpet Plumbing came as a recommendation from my mother-in-law and they are absolutely great! I called them at 7 am today and they had a kind, knowledgeable plumber at our house by about 8:45. The only work we needed done was the installation of a kitchen faucet and disposal, but they gave us an extremely fair price since I had already removed the prior faucet and disposal. Our house is over 10 years old now, and is getting to the point where things like plumbing need replacement, and you can bet we'll be calling Red Carpet again for any future plumbing needs! I highly recommend them!

A great place for education and training

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

I'm reading through the reviews and I'm kind of surprised. I had very good service. Alex contacted me and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He explained everything he was doing and was very pleasant. Gave me tips on keeping my unit working better in the summer and I could not have asked for better customer service. I plan on having him come back to maintenance my heater in the fall. Not understanding why there is such a yo-yo of reviews from this company.
